Hello there. This is kinda awkward and hard for me talk about so please stick with me and give me some help please? Also no rude jokes please?
Okay so for a while now I haven't always been interested about what my vagina looked like. Well for about a year now I have noticed something odd. Below my vagina on my skin under it. Like right after my vagina ends Its there. What it is I don't know. They're like two balls but not balls they're purple. (I'm fair skinned) I can push them in and it doesn't hurt at all. At times ill get the mirror and look at them and they will be "deflated" but then I begin messing around with them and they will "puff" up. They don't hurt at all while walking or doing things, and its almost like they're not even there. I think they've been there my whole life because Ive never had sex, or foreplay. Thanks,

Under Vagina and outer lips there are two balls that deflate and puff up and don't bother me at all. Just self conscious. Thanks..

Go to the doctors and get them checked. Simple, he says they're fine (safe etc) you have nothing to worry about.

I think you are fine. Everyone is different. No two people look the same (exclude identical twins), so why should your vagina look the exact same as someone elses'? I believe your find. Your inner labia seem to hang lower than the outter, that is what it sounds like. And I am the same! About the coloring, I've seen many different colors of labia. Mine are slightly darker than my skin tone, but not by much.
I was laying naked in bed with my fiance and he looked at me and asked, "Why are vaginas darker than the actual skin color?". lol he said all the ones he had seen were darker too. So don't sweat it.
About the puffing up, you said you were messing around so I assume you meant playing with yourself. I believe that's normal too. The clit and lips can get a little "puffed up" when turned on.
I was always self-concious about my vagina because my inner lips were longer. And none of my friends or anyone had that! I know my mom did. I feel like I have a really identical vagina to my mother...lol TMI, sorry. I think it's genetic. Nothing to be ashamed of. This type of vagina doesn't appear to be as common as that "clean cut porno vagina" you see in the porn industries. Us youngins watch porn and think, "why don't I look like that?" and for the boys, that's what they expect a real women to look like. But that's not true. That's not how it is. It's sad really. You are perfectly fine, my dear!
If it was hurting, then you might be concerned. But honey, you are perfect! It'll take some time to accept yourself, but you must learn to love yourself AND your vagina. No worries.

Have you considered it may be a couple of hemorrhoids? I don't wish to patronise you but I know how confused I was before I used to look in detail down there!

AshB$ is right, I think. If it puffs when you mess around with it that means it's erectile, like nipples. If it's between your legs and erectile it's probably labia. That and the darker color are a dead giveaway. It can even be a little bulbous on the rigde. The labia minora, or inner lips, can end abruptly or gradually recede all the way across the perineum ending at the anus. For some women they can even get a little larger towards the anus. One lip can be longer and or shaped differently from the other, too. I believe this may be what you're describing.

Look at the Wikipedia article "labia minora" and you'll see a chart describing all of the normal variations of size, shape, texture, and color. Under the "labiaplasty" (please don't get any ideas about being abnormal from this) article, there is a picture that shows what I'm talking about. The key is that it's all normal, just like penis size, height, eye color, or skin tone. The world would be a boring place if we all looked the same.
