I think the key here is to, provide a "link" if it would be stated, that the threader can understand why, what and how... I agree solutions that may provide an answer for her to move on, and discuss this further hopefully with her husband, at least worse scenario with someone of medical background that may help.

Hi if you love him tell him the story he will be hurt so be ready to take care of him and let him know that you told him because you love him and you felt sorry to keep it secret. Now for me it this happened to me as a husband, and it is just being a sex desire lead to have sex I will not worry that much, but if it is Love lead to sex then it is a disaster. Any ways if sex just let him know and apologize for this. But if it is Love wait and see if you can recover your feelings and get back to your husband if so then give your self sometimes to prove that you loved him so much then tell him.
