If you are on other medications it is actually best to ask a pharmacist, they are trained to know the in's and out's of every single medication and any combination out there. Doctors only prescribe them and know the basics. WC is definitely right with the specialists, every doctor is trained differently and for example a GP won't know the material an OBGYN knows and so on. When dealing with hormones the specialist to go to is an Endocrinologist. Try out tantric if its your thing, try out teasing by bringing yourself to the point of knowing your going to orgasm and stop and repeat the process till you cannot take it anymore. Try experimenting with the different toys, even the heating oils all over your body to get you in that tingly mood (I love those oils lol).

Right now you are in the same league as 40 something percent of the population of women who simply cannot get everything out of sex that they desire. Just like WC said you need to find out what works best for you, which will take time. Took myself way too long but I managed one orgasm, nothing since then though but that single one with him has made me want to push harder. One day you could fall into sought after outlying category of orgasm statistics which is the major multi-orgasmic woman.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

Secret, one thing I've found it that you can't force it. You may get farther faster by relaxing. Wanting it too much, trying too hard, you tense up. The idea of building up anticipation is a good one! Teasing around your nipples and clit, until you can't not go there can build you up to a major orgasm. Now you know you can, I'm sure you'll soon be cumming regularly!
