Hooster, I encourage you to make it your life's mission to spread this kind of thinking amonst all men. It would be a great service to humankind.

      LOL, WildChild!! Ditto!!

Men withholding their orgasms is a very, very wonderful thing~~lovemaking (in all forms, not just intercourse) can last a long, long time and the women only benefit from that~~and the men benefit because they stay sexually-charged and aroused and get to enjoy that wonderful oxytocin boost so much longer. It's a win-win situation.

There really is a biochemical component to this for men. There is a certain biological need for ejaculation once things get started. And it really is a purely physical need, an urgency much like hunger.

Also, there is definitely more to it than just getting tired. Any guy, after enough orgasms, will feel sore down there. It takes more for some men than others. But the poor system will start to shut down if stressed too much. I get prostate pain and penile soreness after just two orgasms in one 24 hour period. I'm in my 40s now, but at the age of 18 I could have 8 or 9 orgasms in just a few hours before feeling sore. (Sucks getting old!)

As for the urgency to ejaculate, when I spent a few months on prozac, I found that I could have sex for as long as I wanted and never had the need to ejaculate. I could stop in the middle of sex and go do something else or just cuddle or talk and it didn't bother me one bit. And I LOVED that. Infinite stamina and no urgency to ejaculate whatsoever. Something about prozac removed the urgency and at the same time buried the ejaculation trigger so deep I could only find it by consciously looking for it. I could have sex for hours.

Not long after ceasing the prozac I went back to the way I'd been before. That danged trigger was back, along with the physical need to finish. I'd love to have that prozac effect without all the other issues it caused. I tried it at a lower dose and the side effects were still a problem.

However, just because I've had my orgasm doesn't mean it has to be over for her. I'm fine continuing to pleasure my wife long after I've shot my cannon. Guys that get up and leave or go straight to sleep are just plain insensitive.

Tantra teaches techniques for this Vanman. You could learn to do it w/o drugs.

You do not need drugs. All you need is to really want to do it. Control your body. Don't let it control you.
