I'm dating a guy that does that and I love it. It's sweet I think.

Same. I'm dating someone who says the same things. Granted, I eat like a horse so maybe it really is impressive, I don't know.

It is fun (at least for me) to watch someone really enjoying themselves. If you really enjoy eating, then it would be fun to have dinner with you (not an invite BTW ).

I think that's what it is. I'm not shy about eating a ton either, which most girls are. I think, for him, he sees it as a self confidence thing.

                    Ok, here's a question.
At what point does a guy consider themselves to be in a relationship?
I had a good friend over the summer tell me he wanted to be with me. I told him that I didn't want a relationship and that I liked where we were and could we just continue to spend time together and get to know one another and see where it goes.
We spent a lot of time together. Went on a couple of 'official' dates. We did mess around a bit (kissing, nothing more)
He asked me if we were a couple and I told him the same thing I had told him a few weeks prior.
Well a week or two goes by and suddenly he's introducing me to his co-workers (and his parents!) as his girlfriend. So I put a little distance between us to gather my thoughts...spent one weekend alone and didn't make plans with him or call, etc.
He basically threw a hissy fit and told me that if you kiss someone and embrace for several seconds you are no longer friends and you are considered a couple! What?

So I felt like if I didn't give him a shot to see if there was chemistry, then that would be stupid but then as soon as I did, supposedly I was committed. Jeesh, can't win.

(bear in mind that this guy is 29, which surprises me)

Hi, Im new to the site and have read the whole of this thread...somebits made me laugh so much!!
Ok me and my bloke have been together for over a year, Im a student just starting my last year of uni and hes afew years older than me. When we first met he was looking for his own place (since he still lives with his rents) tho decided after a month or so to wait till I had finished uni so we could get a place together. So when my uni year finished I moved in with him and his parents for the summer which was great since we live about 3 hours drive from each other so during term time only get to see each other for the weekends. When I moved in I was expecting that we would have afew arguements etc but its been amazing, I get on with his rents really we and me and him are closer than ever. However I miss the amazing sex.....dont get me wrong the sex is still amazing but I miss the way he would arrive at my place and immediantly drag me off to bed (usually making me later for work lol)....since I been living with him its more, well...I guess I just dont feel like he 'needs' me as much. Logically I guess its coz I see him everyday now and go to bed with him every night but am I just expecting more than I should when I just want him to drag me off to bed as if he cant wait any longer to get me naked??

So what u think boys??? Is it just he sees me everyday and we tend to have sex everyday so hes not as 'desperate' anymore?? Or maybe after a year is he losing interest in sex a bit?? Or am i doing something wrong?
Im not worried about our long term relationship, were looking for our own place once i graduate from uni and I know he loves me as much as I love him...its just the sex thing

Lol I hope this post makes sense :-p
