Latex (or leather) is its own fetish. You're either into it or you're not.

Electrical stimulation (E*Stim) is pretty rare, usually only done in professional dungeons, and can be dangerous (contact burns, cardiac arrest). If you aren't 100% sure e-stim is for you, then don't bother. Proper training and safety are very much required.

Electrical play is a lot safer now than a few years ago. There are commercial boxes on the market (rimba, erostek ($$$$)) that can be used without any real training.
