I don't care how many my SO has been with, but in my particular case it does seem to have an effect on our sex life. He was my first sex partner, so I was completely clueless and inexperienced when we started our relationship. He on the other hand had been with several others (he doesn't even know how many lol), mostly one night stands, so it was a struggle for me knowing that I didn't even come close to living up to the drunken wildness he had experienced previously. I know sometimes he feels frustrated that he has to teach me every single thing (I had never even had an orgasm before him, not even a self-induced one), so I was far, far behind most of my female counterparts. Even now he seems to believe that I'm the only female on the planet that doesn't care for anal (I've tried it a few times for his sake but it is just torture for me)...
So I guess the real answer to your question is, if we both had come into the relationship with partners in our past, then no it would be no problem. But if one person isn't experienced, that person has to deal with the reality that they will always be compared to those that came before, even if the other person doesn't vocalize it.Comment

As a woman, nope... in-fact I would be grateful if he had, had experience because then I know I am in for a nice, exciting (given back), time at my age...
If I was a Man? Depends on my morals and exactly what her past was.
The only problem I see with sexual pasts, is that from the inset, you have to communicate and ensure you both have the same wants and needs to a good degree and that, you feel loved, not treated as if you should do all that "someone" else has done. Which goes back to communication at the inset.

Nope i don't really care, but what i do care about is the person having an STD.
Someone who's only been with one might have it and someone who's been with 40 could be free from it. So the number of partners doesn't bother me at all but i have to know if the person is clean of any sexually transmitted disease.Comment
