I'm going to comment on my past relationship first.
My ex was 15 years older than me so I expected him to have a large number of partners but he didn't. He'd never been the one night stand kind of man. I was his 9th or 10th. I can't remember which one exactly. It never bothered me... He was my 3rd partner and I had only had sex 4 times before him. That's when it started to bother me. I knew that he was much more experienced in bed and I was no where near. It wasn't the amount that bothered me, just the experience I lacked. However, the sex was great for him. At one point though, I went through this unsure phase and wanted to have the equal amount of partners but then realized it doesn't matter. It was kind of an on and off feeling. I could care less now. I've almost caught up to him.
As for my current relationship. I ask but the answer doesn't matter. (I ask everyone really) He's been with 6 women and he's 10 years older than me. I've actually had more partners than he has. I'm on my 7th.
One of the men I had sex with had over 40 partners. I don't think it should matter.Comment

well guess it was unanimous til now..it does matter to me..tells me something about her character if she has bedded every bf she ever dated..especially if some were very short term or one night stands..of course i would prolly never know because i would never ask..a smart man learns from his mistakes..a wise man learns from the mistakes of others..Comment

Not at all , My wife had 4 partners before me . Only one was a one night stand . When we were datig she discussed the relationships I had only her as a partner . She has said several times that she wished that I was her first also . If anything that is the only thing that bothers me is that I wishe I was her first . I do not sit around and dwell on this as there is absolutely nothing good that can come from reliving her past with others in my honest opinion. My $.02..leeComment
