There are a number of books on the subject of hormones and diet especially. I've commented before on my concerns about BGH. We know it affects kids and causes early onset of menstration in girls, there is No reason to believe it doesn't have an effect on adults, in fact it is prety blind to assume it doesn't. It acts as an artificial hormone receptor, that creates a mess. Because then our hormones cannot connect where they are supposed to.

Recent studies have associated plastics with breast development in boys. We have created a toxic stew for ourselves in the name of convienience, production and increased profits. We are just beginning to understand the effects of some of these things that we have been exposing ourselves to for years now and there are more added every year.

As much as possible, why not switch to an all natural diet? If you are in fact of Asian ancestory (inc Native American) then you have a 95% probability that you are dairy intollerant, so take that out of your diet as much as you can and what do get try to have only organic or at least BGH free. Same thing with eating beef, eat only organic or meat from a rancher you can be certain doesn't use the growth hormones.

A diet heavy in fats can cause depression and a number of other problems in addition to weight. Start educating yourself on diet and it's effects on your body. It may make a difference for you in many ways. At the very least you will be healthier for it and that is always a good place to start.

While educating about diet you may want to also study real science behind why certain things work or not and why certain organic compounds are or are not horrid substances (there are plenty of both). If you know how a receptor functions then you will understand why X is going to lead to a signaling cascade that can cause a certain symptom. Living in fear of everything you touch or eat is not practical and it certainly will not yield any worthwhile results. What works for you is your decision, not the decision of poorly conducted studies made by the site looking to sell their latest version of "stop eating this and use my plan(or drug) instead!". Talk to an actually educated person, like a physician or nutritionist (who obviously will have more knowledge about diet than a physician).
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

After reading more of your comments and the comments of others, it would definately seem to benefit you to visit a doc, but this statement still makes me think there may be more to it. Something is making you aprehensive, and that is going to have an effect on you physically.

Even if that is the not "the problem" it certianly will not help things to try and figure out why this may be.

Sex is usually painful me until about 3/4 of the way through when he's about ready to come. I am very small, even the doctor told me that I was smaller than he's seen. He needed to get an ultra small speculum during my last check up. We've found a good lube to use that helps with the dryness.
"Right before he's about to enter me, I almost get a scared feeling".

I think that your problem is physcological. Your tiny there, your Doctor has had to use the smallest speculum for gynological investigations, you love all foreplay and have a sensual side to you, your a dancer, creative as well.

You use all your creativity and sensuality within love making but the intercourse side, you want over and done with, you withhold that side of you, that sensuality and don't let that part out through I think, fear at the beginning and therefore, not being able to let yourself emerse in the pleasure, rather, continue to have the fear and wanting it to be over and done with.

You say you've had 3 relationships, all pretty much the same but the last one wasn't as bad. If I can ask? Was he smaller in size? Is your vibrator smaller in size than your man?

Did the first time you had intercourse leave a mark? Because you were small and it was very painful?

I think you need to work on the fear of a man entering you and your sub-conscious thoughts of pain.
