I am so afraid of not being able to get one of them out!! I got a pair that don't have strings. I inserted them and got nervous about not being able to get them out so I got one out, then the other pushed in deep and I was squating and flexing kegal muscles and relaxing and 'sweeping the area'... and I could not get it out... I was so freaked out that I was going to head to er explaining i cant get this thing out of me

But... I gave it a few more tries and finally got it out... terrified of trying again though, at least not without strings!

Have you tried masturbating alongside doing the kegals? I find that when I masturbate (and I think I can recover pretty fast because I do it often), that makes me super tight. Then when I do eventually have sex with my boyfriend, it's more enjoyable for the both of us. For the most part, I think your boyfriend needs to stop complaining so much and be more understanding. He should cater to your needs too, instead of feeling like he should be the one getting off all of the time. I would get frustrated with my bf, but sometimes he's so satisfied that he says he doesn't need to cum. Usually after I try to attempt to make him anyway.

So yes, just try to have a conversation to put you both at ease. I hope this helps some. n_n"
