    Are you sure he is not experiencing the common phenomenon of SPAO?-Senstive Penis After Orgasm. It would be the male equivalent of us ladies not being able to touch our clitoris after orgasm for a bit of time because it gets waaayyy too sensitive and sometimes even painful. Unless there is a burning sensation within the penis, noticeable skin irritation like a rash, or a lot of discomfort during the day I highly doubt there is any cause for concern. He just may not want to go a second round after sex because his penis is much too sensitive...my boyfriend is like that.
