I think it gives a good estimation of what women can handle. To be practical though perhaps a half inch should be subtracted and added to each end of the ranges, since there could be women who don't fall within the ranges. That would make it 8 to 12 for black women and 7 to 11 for white women.

You said "what women can handle" instead of "what some women can handle" so I am allowed to assume that "all women" is what you meant. Actually, I'm referring to white and black women. I've only seen one video of him with an Asian chick. However, judging by Asian doctor measured penis studies the range for Asian women will be less than the range for white women.

It is something to go by, and it's not that bad. It's better than guessing. And besides, for credibilty it lines up rather well with the 'in general' difference in penis size between black and white guys.
