I don't really see driving a wedge between the sister in question and his wife is really a bad thing. If his sisters behavior is this extreme its likely not in his best interest to have her around him or his wife until she is more emotionally stable.

Sadly my wife is not the best at missionary position and I've given up trying to get her to catch on so I have a friend with benefits (absolutely no relationship, feelings or connections to hurt feelings) who is all about raw passionate sex and whenever I want some of that action I call her. She calls me a lot but I turn her down much more often. I am not advocating infidelity, but I have this inexplicable need to have missionary position sex that takes me back to my frat days and this is the same woman I used to do it with 30 years ago.
