Maybe because I was posting on the how to of anal sex. Trying to explain that there are things that could be done to make it pleasurable and not painful while attempting to dispel some myths based again on personal belief.

I placed a question mark after a question. Sue me. Again, you question that I am not who I say I am and again, who do you think you are to do so housewife? (pesky question mark)

Your right. PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) is caused by bacteria being pushed high into the vagina or into the uterus through the cervix. It spreads to the fallopian tubes and causes a nasty infection. PID could result in loss of fertility. However, PID is not solely causes by bacteria transfering to the vagina during anal sex. Yes, this could happen but hopefully people have common sense enough not to go from anal to vaginal without washing first. A condom is a good idea especially if your squicked out by potential mess or dont feel like interupting sex to wash up. Just take the condom off. Most adults know how to dispose of a condom. Also, using a condom is recommended as a precaution against STI or other potential infections. I never said potential for infection wasnt present. Having sex during menstration does not guarentee infection. Any kind of bacteria could potentially cause infection at any time. A PID can be caused by douching which changes the flora in the vagina and invites infection in. The bacteria could come from anywhere right down to perfumes in soap.

For alot of men its interesting and different but not more interesting than vaginal sex. *shrug* A matter of personal opinion I guess.

I never said it was nor did I say use it as something to turn anyone on or make them feel sexy or use it as a sexy thought.

Im sorry you had to go through this due to whatever your cicumstances were. However, these things are not normal after effects of anal sex. Colonoscopies are advised for everyone over 40. They are a great preventative maintainence much like pap smears and pelvic exams but pleasurable they are not. Neither are cystoscopies or laparoscopic proceedures which im sure you had when you had your PID since it's a diagnostic exam for such things. They do suck but they are not solely used because someone had anal sex.
FIRST OF ALL ...dont dare call me housewife ....my name is Catherine ...and i am typing this from Wirral in Merseyside England.

You are incorrect my dear, so let me correct you if you would like to go to (outbound link cut by mod as outbound links are not allowed). You are incorrect you DO NOT have a cystoscopy EVER isf PID is suspected or indeed if you have it . That is generally given for finding out why there is blood in the water along with renal tract ultrasound and ivu xrays . SO THAT IS NOT A DIAGNOSTIC EXAM for PID . The ONLY way you will find PID is laperoscopy or you you have the numerous symptoms . I diagnosed MY OWN PID which the hospital congratualted me on as not EVEN a CT scan or MRI or abdo ultrasound or trans vaginal ultrasound found ..Trans vaginal is a way of finding that . SO YOU made no mention. And you will see that along with cocaine use (i just added that but its quite correct dear) that provides a greater risk as well as anal sex which im quite correct . \I didnt have any "leakages as you put it " they thought before the PID was found i could of had cancer but i had chlamydia which can be in your throat and also the anus which i had . I DO NOT suffer from std so HOW DARE YIU suggest i do ..where did i mention that in these comments on anal sex ?
Im not answering any of your other comments as you have only made an Idiot out of yourself , just go to the site i mentioned. And WHY did you ask the question about MUslim men this is a WOMANS site and it was a discussion about anal sex with WOMEN !! |NOT muslim men why did you single them out ??? what business is it of yours ? byou should know that . Why are you discussing anal sex and men .. this is uncomfortably close to homophobia and you are bring religion into it. You carnt have had much of a life which i still dont believe you are in the medical proffession if you didnt know that . You certainly have NOT been working in a busy A and E department .. And you dont have to be over 40 for colonoscopy you can have it anytime for minor things such a proctalgia - its common for women and men who have anal muscles in good shape (the ones you orgasm with) to experience proctalgia ... Dont dare address me as HOUSEWIFE ...if i was a housewife i would be proud to be so ...as looking after children and taking care of everything else a woman has to do is a full time hard job ... DONT dare accuse me of having an STD i dont have an std . You said in your post she is not gay , do you think we are ******, WHY as women would we say your wife is gay ...if anything it would be you id be thinking was bi sexual you would be gay and married ...i carnt be bothered talking to somebody who knows so little about female things , go to a male site and take a power trip on that ...

You will also see on that site i just got a reply thanking me for diagnosing a womans PID over the internet . Not even the drs could find it . I have never met her, never spoken to her but she has now been given the antibiotics that could SAVE her fertility ..im not judgeing ANYONE on here over the anal sex issue i am simply stating the fact that the vagina is the correct place for the penis and anywhere else is (the anus) is at a womens risk and trying to make men aware of those dangers. Some women have NO CHOICE if they are in an abusive marriage or relationship to be VIOLATED in that way and some married women who are married are made to have sex with thier husbands even when they say NO ...that in Britain is RAPE and a woman even though she is married can go to the police and have her husband charged with rape ...quite rightly so .

Hello CW - i dont understand your post and if you mean me as you say i think she is upset over the std she suffers ? PID is not an sti . It is the heneral term used for salpingitis . It is treatable but depending on how many episodes (they can be mild) or acute each episode of PID causes further damage to a womans fertility . It can be caused by STI but there are MANY other differnt reasons it can be caused by such as miscarriage or abortion , surgery , IUD ect . It can cause long term pelvic pain and is one of the main reasons for infertility and eptopic pregnancy . The actual PID is treatable so you ar not suffering long term or youd just die ...it can cause death if not treated as soon as possible as it is a very serious illness . Most STI are treatable with antibiotics . Unless you have herpes ...which will just return but perhaps not as painful as the first time - ive never had herpes and of course Hiv and Aids niether of which i have . So just to clear this up i do not have sti OR PID and im well and one of the very lucky ladies to be still having regular periods adn no long term after effects of PID such as pelvic pain ect ..

The term "nutcase" is offensive . there are many people walking around taking all kinds of tablets for anxiety, depression, panic attacks ect .they are fine in every way except at that point in thier lives for whatever reason they need medication .. Id also like to add this . If you ahd read my first post correctly, you will have seen that i stated i DID use a condom for anal sex removing it for vaginal sex . You have said it wont happen the action of anal sex however gently and using lubrication and condom the penis can still |"slip out" or it can just be difficult to get into that area however relaxed you are and with lubrication causing it just to push forward or sort of knock or smear around the entrance of the vagina EVEN when there is no there is no feaces visable on the caondom ie: the condom looks clean as it did when first put on! there is a transfere of bacteria from the bowel as no amount of washing externally assuming a woman did not go through the process of enema and even if she did the bacteria is still there in the bowel or the bacteria goes on the area of skin between the vagina and anal opening removing the condom of course is what most people would do assuming they were very careful about touching the OUTSIDE of it (transferring bacteria onto fingers) and then having vaginal sex the backteria will still be on the outside of the vaginal opening or just inside where it has collected with either lubrication or whatever fluid has been used or the natural vaginal lubrication has helped it enter . Of course six of penis matters here im 5 foot four and petite frame and have some difficulty getting the penis into the vagina if you have a man of 6 ft 4 plus and large built and penis that can be difficult to almost impossible to get that into a very small anal opening thus causing the slipping and wiping over the vaginal area in the two positions bending over and on side with legs drawn up ! so in actual fact it dosent matter if a condom is used as ive just explained it can still happen . Having sex vaginal sex only is not advisable around a period (without a condom ) as risk of infection greater chance of PID . But having vaginal sex and anal sex around a period is not advisable even with a tampon inserted , without of course huge risk and awful mess . Some women prefer to have sex at the time of period (orgasm reduces menstral cramps and some women feel highly aroused at that time others can feel very sick and ill but having sex during mensturation have been warned by experts DO NOT IT as even before menstration thecervix is beinning to open . All men carry a germ behind the foreskin no matter how much washing you do you wont get rid of that that germ is responsible for cases of cervical cancer and pre cancerous cells . The incidences of cervical cancer are very very low in Israel due to male curcumcision , not what we were discussing but i thought id add that . I am not Jewish i am Catholic but if i have a son , i have chosen to have my son curcumcised .

I never said she was taking medicine...I never used nutcase to mean someone who is depressed anxious bi polar etc. You are the one that made that snap judgment and I stand by what I say. She is crazy for thinking that someone is going to burn in hell for having anal sex. She isn't God and doesn't get to decide who goes where. Also if I wanted to say I thought she was bi-polar, depressed or anxious I would have said those things. I don't use stereotypes, I just call it like I see it. She is crazy.

Side note..What I say is only offensive if you choose to take it that way. I can't change how anyone thinks.

No niether did I ...where did i say that ??? i said you shouldnt be using the word generally to anyone (the word nut case ) do you understand THATS what i meant !! You made this post under my post and if you keep using the words SHE how is anyone supposed to know who you are referring to? . Apart from it being impolite, she, him , her ? and thats YOUR opinion you said only god gets to decide in the other post , thats very silly, GOD is not responsible for anyones actions . My brother is a Padre but i never ever use religion in any of my posts, thats why i would never say I believe Muslims do it ! thats why i thought why single these people out for religious reasons . So really you should look who you are posting under and include thier quote ...so people can understand . it just ndosent work when you come on and say ..YOU are crazy and only god decides...its got nothing to do with it . I posted as i said before to make WOMEN aware of the dangers having anal sex with a man . You obviously dont have any experience or perhaps you have with a man with a particularly small penis because as a woman you should of been able to understand some of the points i made. but then again perhaps you just need to be educated and a little older and wizer .

I asked the question as it pertained to earlier posts in the same thread. You would do well, my dear, to read the entire thread. It is a common perception in western society. Just because this sight is about women does not mean no men allowed. I personally welcome input from men. What better way to gain insight into what they are thinking and feeling than listening to what they are saying.

You carnt have had much of a life which i still dont believe you are in the medical proffession if you didnt know that . You certainly have NOT been working in a busy A and E department ..
Your right. I don't work in the ER anymore. After six years I went on to be a flight nurse. When I became pregnant with my second child I could not fly at the time so I moved on to three days a week in an office for an OB/GYN and three days a week in a GP's office. Alternating weeks, 12 hour shifts just in case you want to say thats impossible as well

And you dont have to be over 40 for colonoscopy you can have it anytime
Again, I never said you had to be. I did say it is recommended after 40 for EVERYONE as a preventative maintainance type of thing much like yearly pap smears and pelvic exams for women. You should really read what I say before commenting on it.

for minor things such a proctalgia - its common for women and men who have anal muscles in good shape (the ones you orgasm with) to experience proctalgia ...
There is no diagnostic tool for proctalgia fugax (fleeting rectal pain) It is a conclusion often come to after most everything else has been ruled out.
