On the topic: Some women who used to love to initiate stopped initiating for fear of rejection. I am one of them, and I found it difficult to deal with rejection, so I just wait for my DH to initiate. Likewise, I have initiated once or twice and he loved it.

But to tell you frankly, I really love the way he "prepares" me to the deed. The way he touches, oh, the romance...hence, I am better off waiting for him because I love the way he does with our foreplay. Meanwhile, I give him a cue if I am horny, in subtle ways like wearing a sensual lingerie, or when he comes and hugs me, I do something naughty, or kiss him passionately among others, and he gets it. This way, I really don't "initiate" per se, but I make it obvious that he can devour me.

I'd say, generally, it depends on how well you know each other. It should not be an issue of who initiates, for when the loving is great, and you being the man is on to pleasing your woman, you should be able to pick up the cues she sends you no matter how subtle.

A funny story

The other day, I was wearing white tracksuit bottoms.. The length of them "too long", and so I was walking through the house, wet floorboards, that needed to be re-mopped, dirt and all, and so the bottom of the pants became, well chocolate brown

So, David, said, I don't think you can wear them again, I laughed, looking at them and thought pfttt, get a new pair that's shorter, and so.... I took them off there and then, put them in the bin, walked inside, with a short white top on and white g-string knickers, back to him and continued walking.

Next thing you know.... we were in the bedroom.....

Moral of the story? I initiated sex............................................

lol - the boys were at a neighbors house last week, so I was walking upstairs with him following me, we were going to go start laundry or something, can't remember. Anyways, as I was walking up the stairs, I started peeling off my clothes. He asked what I was doing, I said 'Oh, nothing' and like you next thing you know.... we were in the bedroom.
