I had my period this weekend and was extremely horny--I use the "Instead" cups instead of tampons and they are *wonderful* if you want to have sex and no mess.
My lover can feel them (just slightly) but it doesn't bother him and it certainly doesn't bother me.
They make me feel very clean and yet they still allow for all your natural lubrication. Most awesome!!Comment

Throw a towel down and go for it..... it's kind of messy and gross, and requires the strange "clean up" after, but if you can have a good sense of humor about it, it can be funny..... and, well... if you're your both horney and okay with the gross factor, go for it! What they hay/hey (might as well take a roll in it!)Comment

My period is usually really heavy for 3 to 4 days and then it's fair game while it's slowed down. To avoid mess we'll put down a towel or have fun in the shower.
We don't have sex a lot, as of recent, but in the past we couldn't wait for my period to pass completely and would often have sex while I was still bleeding. It feels good and it makes me feel sexy, when i'm bloated and everything. =]

i honestly don't think i could do it for a couple of reasons. 1. i am in alot of pain during my cycle & i don't think sex will make that any better, heck some days i just don't get off the couch it hurts that bad. 2. i'm completely grossed out by periods. i know i know, it's part of being a women but i am completely & totally grossed out by it.Comment
