Not sure what "Critical Thinking" is but I am guessing it wouldn't hurt!!! Thanks!!

No, no I said CLIT-ical Thinking. Here's the thread:

I said that with a little humor, but in all seriousness, he needs to learn to pleasure you as well.

Try massaging the area just above the urethral opening and below the clit. That is your U spot. Doesn't work for everyone but if it does it can be very rewarding.

Sigh. I understand your frustration. My last husband had no interest in sex and my kid's father before that was a 2 second wonder (he didn't start that way- it was a choice) who cared only for his own pleasure. I'm down to taking care of myself now by choice. Giving several bjs a week and getting intercourse without any attention, affection or foreplay once or twice a month just kept me wanting what I wasn't getting, so I ended my last relationship. Of course I still want what I'm not getting but at least now I don't have the frustration of the scent of his skin, his taste, touching him and wanting him so much and not getting anything from him.

Personally I find masterbation rather lame. It's better than nothing but not by much. It's like eating some bland semi nutritional cracker instead of a real meal. It keeps you from starving but who cares? I don't know what to suggest. I'm not a fan of vibrators although I have one. Not much of a fan of other toys either but I haven't tried many. There are some books on the subject. I haven't delved into them but may in the near future. Sex For One is one that looks interesting. Want to check it out and give us a review on the Books on Sex thread?
