LMAO... Well... To be fair, I've never had any issues. I've never done any preparation, it's usually spur of the moment and I've never had any poo or gas issues. I must be one of the lucky ones. I'm sure I wouldn't enjoy it nearly as much as I do if I had any of those problems.

Had one of those a couple of weeks ago, no problem. My doctor is a woman who has small fingers. I wonder if it is more of a problem if done by a doctor with thicker fingers.
