I simply enjoy reading all these posts and they are really interesting and in fact my penis is 8 inch and yet I have never got a chance to penetrate into a vagina. I am afraid when I may come across a woman with a tight vagina and I am very frightened of the fact that I may hurt her and once she gets hurt she may leave me and maybe I must start with fingering her vagina and trying out a number of times it will be loose and soft and it will be easier to penetrate inside. I could never have known this vaginal stuff had I not been here with this jolly team of ladies, so open and merry, full of life.

You just need to start out slow and let her get used to you., Her vagina will stretch to your size

Why would anyone need a nine inch penis to be sexually satisfied????? My husband is average size, but I'll tell you what, he can satisfy me better than any other of my past lovers. To be honest with you, I prefer an average sized penis over a large one. Sex can be pretty uncomfortable if a guys penis is too big.

I can't help but to smile and kind of chuckle to myself ( no offense to this poster) the myths of size and things stretching out is just funny to me. Just as you may need to accommodate a larger size, you can also like some have stated adjust for a smaller size as well (do your homework) Now even though I have written a couple of books on secretly teaching your man oral, sex, bla bla ...... Those are extreme cases when communication, the willingness to learn of one partner or the other isn't there. Ideal sex comes from communication between two people, adjusting to your own situation, learning together, having an open mind. Great sex comes from a physical, mental, and spiritual combination of two souls !!!!

So far the OP is speculating. I have a friend who has a mediocre physique and a 5" penis (I know this because he told me). I several girls who he has had sex with and they've all said that he's an absolute stallion in the bedroom and gave them all a thoroughly good time. His little brother told me the noise from him having sex with various women wakes him up in the night and keep him awake for hours.

Even the 'size queens' I've spoken to have said they would (given the choice) prefer an average man who knows what he's doing than a bigger man with no staying power/enthusiasm/poor technique. I've also heard several size queens saying that often, bigger men make less effort in bed (just like some really hot women) because they think by having sex with you they're doing you a favor.

Often physical attributes we assume make for great sex aren't what they seem, I dated a girl a couple of times who had a fantastic body and a lovely pair of big fake boobs. I couldn't wait to explore them but once we got into bed she said I couldn't touch them because the implants had made them hyper sensitive, it was like going to Disney Land and finding out all of the best rides were shut. She was a complete dolt, never offered to pay for anything when we went out, and just laid there making no effort when we had sex.

I know it's generalizing and obviously many 'big' men are attentive and skillful lovers but what I am saying is that a big penis or a beautiful person isn't a guaranteed one way ticket to sexual Nirvana.

Just as the vagina has the capacity to expand, allowing for the passage of a baby during childbirth, the vagina also has the ability to elongate during intercourse to accommodate a penis. For some women, the depth from the vaginal opening to the tip of the cervix is 3 to 4 inches when they are not sexually aroused. Other women may have a vaginal depth of five to seven inches. Regardless, during arousal, blood flows to the genital area, and sexual excitement causes the upper two-thirds of the vagina to lengthen by forcing the cervix and uterus to ascend. The vagina also lubricates to help ease penetration.

Some people think that the vaginal canal is a continuously open space. However, this is a misperception. Think of the vaginal canal as if it were a balloon that is not filled with any air. The walls, which have the potential to expand and elongate, gently touch one another. When something is placed inside, they mold around the width and accommodate the length of a penis, tampon, finger(s), or sex toy.

Sometimes during penetration, a penis or other object inserted in a vagina does hit the cervix. This may be an indication that the woman is not physiologically aroused enough; when she is more aroused, her vagina will elongate and her cervix, the neck of the uterus, will lift up and move out of the way. Other times, contact with the cervix can happen if a penis is larger than average or if the thrusting is too deep. Communicating with a partner about the discomfort — "Ouch, that's a little too deep" — and changing sexual positions may be helpful.

Regina, it's been 2 years since you posted your question, and it still gets comments and answers. It would be nice if you came back to this thread and indicated how things worked out (or didn't) in this situation.

As a little guy, I've always been smaller than the most recent ex of the women I shared intimacy with. Sometimes, the sex was great and we didn't stick for other reasons. A couple of times the sex was disappointing for the woman used to a more deep, full physical feeling and a psycological need to feel it, and the relationship either continued in spite of it or ended right there. I can't say that I've ever been disappointed with the way a woman's vagina felt during penetration, although some are looser and some are tighter. I can understand those women who just didn't enjoy penetration with me as much as with their past lovers, and I appreciated their honesty, and I've always tried to please in other ways anyway.
