I hope someone can help me. Everytime my girlfriend and I have sex I seem to cut her when we have sex. It gets cut in the exact same place everytime, just on the outer skin below the vagina.
Can anyone tell me what causes this? and what I can do to prevent this.

I also forgot to mention - when we first start intercourse. I can tell its sore so I either stop or she just says be gentle when going in until she feels comfy then its fine and then it gets sore again once finished - its like this everytime. I think the cut keeps getting opened but she has a very high sex drive and i feel guilty saying no (in her best interest to stop it being sore.)

If she has a cut (it happens) it will open every time you have sex. You have to abstain until it's healed. This must hurt during urination as well and she can also catch an infection.

Abstain! (that also includes fingers/toys/everything. Nothing should get in there until it's healed).

Thanks for the advice. I tried this a few times but she gets really down if I say no and always asks 'whats wrong? 'is it me?'

You will have to let her heal and she will have to let herself heal. If there isn't enough lubrication, the inner labia can be pulled inward on the in stroke. This is probably more of a problem if you have a lot of girth and or/she has small pubes, but specific shape and plumpness of her inner labia also would have a lot to do with it. Cutting could also be caused by pubic hairs being pulled in.

Perhaps give her oral or gentle finger stimulation while she is recovering.. give the cut time to heal properly. And once it is completely healed be sure to use lubricant, lots of it, both on her and on your penis so that you are less likely to create new tears when you enter. Its probably not due to you being too thick... women are elastic and accomadating... but only well very wet (naturally OR lubed)... also you might want to start in a sexual position that allows her to be most open for entry... such as on her back with her legs spread wide... that and you being well-lubed will allow her to get you squeezed in... then once she is comfortable and use to you being inside of her, then you guys can go on to whatever position/s you like.

I know for me personally, my boyfriend who is on the larger side of town can be hard to accomodate at first so he is very gentle with me until my body adjusts to him... i suggest you do the same, very slow and easy going until you are all the way inside... then just holding still for a while and letting her get used to you enough to wiggle around and grind on you.. once you feel her settle in -- then you can go at it

Sometimes a low grade infection can cause this as well, I've expereinced that. Encourage her to go get checked.
Other possibities are skin irritation from an allergy.
Are you using condoms? Let her heal, switch to latex free condoms and if you use a lube find one that is fragrance and paraben free. Parabens (methyl, butyl, propal, etc- remember your chemistry?) About 10% of people are paraben sensitive and a reaction could account for this.
Aside from that make sure she is really aroused and wet before you enter her.
