Don't forget even the ones put online to promote a plastic surgeon have been photoshopped. Removing any hint of a hair follicle, removing the scars, any infection pus and so on. Welcome to perfection. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

lol the doctors will say "these are our best results". I am sure there are some women that go into the office and say "I want it to be like a porn stars" though. The promotion products have to be the best results from the best potential surgery patients, how else are you supposed to get a person to go to that doctor and not others?Oh, so it kinda is like porn then. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

Am I the only one that considers "these sites" porn? My brother probably goes to them, he has been caught looking at porn many times. It's a wonder he has any butt left after all the times dad caned him for looking at sites like that.sigpic

Sites about labiaplasty? They're medical sites meant to inform people about labiaplasty as well as advertise the services of the plastic surgeon to whom the site belong. The before and after pictures are meant to be a visual aid.
For me, porn is something that is sexually explicit and meant to provide sexual gratification to the people who look at it. Pictures of labiaplasties do not fit this definition.Comment

You said you were on sites about labiaplasty, right? So, no, I wouldn't consider those sites, about a medical procedure - labiaplasty, porn.Comment

Visual aids is a must in this world . 25% of people have visualisation and 75% don't... If a person was considering an operation they want visuals to see and understand the end result.
I think you are suggesting that "these visuals" should not be accessible over the internet, rather only at the Doctor's surgery and discussed, shown at the appointment. Then how would that Doctor gain business? He/she needs to show their success in order for people to consider his/her work and therefore, for him/her to survive in business and off course if it was deemed to be to graphic/porn like, it wouldn't be allowed.
It is "our body part" that is who we are as humans. If a man had lumps on his penis and wanted to know what they were and googled and found a penis with these lumps idential that said "warts" as an example, he then gets an indication that, that is what it may be, the verdict, etc.. That's not porn eitherPUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL!Comment

There is a lot of variation in general, about many aspects of the human body. Don't be too shy about learning about the variations. Then you won't be too surprised if you have to care for someone who is ill. This is something I never thought about. I have only seen mine and my 2 sisters. Mine is small minora and so are my sisters.
I was shocked when I googled labiaplasty and saw all the variations. More shocked about how a woman would let them put her picture on the web. I had to clear the history on my computer after going to those sites. If hubby ever caught me on those porn sites he would have a fit.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
