Then this behavior must be a "symptom" of something else. Until you find out what the "something else" is, it's probably not going to change.Comment

It's bad that she is comparing you to a previous lover. That always causes problems. As far as size, it sounds like you are just right for her giving you oral. She probably can do kegel exercises so you feel larger. The large dildo may be counterproductive as she may want to have that size all the time. You could "become less skilled" at using it.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

I am in my 40's and late 30's , 40's we are at our peak, that should mean she should be a lot more sexually arroused, more adverturous, alternatively she could be perimenopausal and therefore, down right mean as her sex life is changing the other way around, words come out that shouldn't.
If it is more than just talking about your size which is rude, degrading and wrong, if she is being mean in other forms, ways, then get her to see a Doctor and get a blood test done, for menopausePUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL!Comment

I haven't read all of the comments, but I would be hurt if my spouse made comments like that. If your feelings are hurt and you don't want to hear it again, I think the spouse should respect that. There might be other issues going on like others said. Hurt feelings and not being appreciated by your partner can take a toll on a couple's sex life. If she's unsatisfied, making issues about your size won't help.

This is to be helpful.
I think anytime a dildo is used it is degrading to men and a marriage. Maybe I am uneducated in this area – but isn’t the main purpose of a dildo so that a women (wife) can experience a larger penis penetrating her? And although this might be physically pleasurable, does it not communicate that her husband/boyfriend/partner is inadequate?
I might be wrong, but perhaps the OP’s wife now wants to experience a real larger penis because of the dildo experience?Comment

Uh.... No.... Where do you even come up with that? The main purpose, lol? I have a variety of dildos and vibrators, only one of them is bigger than my husband and that one never gets any use, seriously, I think I've used it once (with him) and it has sat in my "toy" box since then. My favorite one is one that is quite a bit smaller than my husband. It isn't about experiencing something larger than my husband, it is about keeping our sex life interesting. He has his toys, I have mine and we use them together. We both are comfortable with ourselves and each other and know that using them isn't about comparing the non flesh TOY to each other.Comment

I will be the first to say I have not every used a dildo, and as such, know my knowledge in this area is lacking. But with that said, if you go to post #9 -- in the last line -- the OP is making it very clear that he and his wife use a dildo that is much larger than his size and throughout his posts he is clearly outlining an issue where he is smaller.
In regard to you broader comments, you are correct in correcting me that a dildo can be used for more reasons that feeling largeness (and although I see dildo as generally degrading in all areas you can try to educate me on the subject). However, in the context of the OP, I think the use of a dildo is problematic and is one factor – probable among many – regarding why his wife is now making comments of him being small between the legs.
If they have been using a larger dildo, I would submit that it is possible that his wife now wants the real thing.Comment
