Convert to a religion he's well versed in, and still doesn't believe, to appease her? Or should he be honest with himself and her? That is the point I'm making.
He should be honest and do what's right. I do believe we're on the same page here. Where we disagree is saying that she's somehow brazen or disrespectful because of her choice. Of course she wants him to be a Christian. She wants to be with him and knows it probably won't go well if he's not. It's not disrespectful. It's love. I would say the more inconsiderate and brazen act would be if she had coldly dismissed him.

I felt like love was enough and it was unfair to stop after we had already been intimate. I eventually saw things God's way and married her.

It's works because we're on the same page. Knowing what I know now, if I weren't married, I would never waste my time with someone who doesn't believe what I do. It's just too much work making a marriage work without trying to deal with a partner with a completely different set of values. That's just from a practical standpoint. Also, if your girlfriend is really going to do things biblically, following Christian law means not marrying a nonbeliever anyway. I'd strongly consider the long-term prospects for happiness in that kind of a relationship.

And the Bible does not teach that sex is dirty and only for procreation or forbid sex for pleasure. It encourages it.
Very well put. Though I can not develop a relationship with God. I would love to believe there was a God, life would be so much easier but I'm afraid I can't and It's not that I have not tried. I simply didn't see the light as such, there was passages in the Bible I simply could not pull my self to believe. I don't think the Bible is there to pick and choose and if you don't believe any of it then you are in your self disagreeing with God.

As you said "following Christian law means not marrying a nonbeliever anyway" I pointed this out to her and she just cried and wouldn't talk to me. It's obvious she loves me, she has pictures of us all over her wall. This situation is hard for me because the only choice I have is to become a Christian or finish the relationship. It looks like a lot of people who replied came up with those two outcomes also.

I think it would be better long term for me to end the relationship, I think she would be happier if she was to be with someone with her own beliefs also it would be someone who she can go to Church with, raise there Children Christian and there would be a greater understanding of sin on both parts. I love her also, I think this is the right choice to protect her. I think she would only be unhappy with me long term.
