Interesting distinction there ....I can do both kinds now, but I always used to only 'gush' (what I call the variety you describe). It doesn't shoot out, it sort of just flows like you turned on a faucet. I typically would do that as the last of a normally very lengthy series of orgasms experienced at the end of a long period of sexual activity. It's definitely g-spot centered for me. Yep, that was the key to learning how to squirt - don't suppress the sensation that you're going to pee, just let it go. (And yes it's very helpful to have no pee in your bladder during those times lol.) It's really quite amazing how much of it there can be, and you can 'train' lol to have more impressive distances and um trajectory.
