hi and i have a comment on this i think that to much emphasis is placed on licking the clit. becuase what most men dont know that is after a while the clit becomes soar and numb. think of your tongue like a penis and stick your tongue in the exact same spot after some stimulation to the clit. most women anticipate that instead of your finger being inserted there we are most often waiting for you to stick your tongue there. performing oral sex is better when done like a dog lapping water rather than like a cat licking milk'' try it and let me know how it works out for you.... -
A guy shaking his head during the act. For one it is too intense and secondly the shaking makes him lose some control of what he is doing and hence the often chance of teeth scraping against the clit. No thanks. Another thing is guys may think they are an ultimate stud/pro at it and believe anything they do should result in a porno-esq screaming orgasm. Arrogance is not attractive. Confidence can be shown by how he accommodates to her likes and dislikes. Read her body language, ask her what feels good, find out what your partner actually likes rather than assuming that this or that is the absolute method of pleasure. Every woman likes something different so know that going into it.
Also if it applies to that woman accept that she may not get much from oral, there are women who do not but still say sure okay to a man going down on her because she knows he enjoys it...if she does not get off from oral do not believe there is something wrong with her or that you failed at the act. Not the case, simply accept that she may not enjoy oral or cannot orgasm from it.There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.Comment

The worst thing you can do, or one of the worst things during any sexual encounter with a women is not respond accordingly to her verbal and non verbal cues. She'll encourage you and let you know you're doing something correctly or not by responding to each touch and movement by making 'positive' noises; or, if you're hurting her, less positive sounds (hopefully they'll be no yelps of pain). Most commonly, if you're not quite hitting the spot she may just be quiet or at least not sound like she's enjoying herself.
There's no shame in asking her for a 'driving lesson', all women are different and it can take time to learn your way around a women's body and ascertain what makes her tick. There is shame in being a lazy selfish *******.

Licking, tonguing and teasing can be done to every part of a woman's privates and should be done if she enjoys it. Lips over teeth can be used to tease and squeeze the labia, both inner and outer. The tongue can go in the vagina and tease in there if she likes it. The tongue can be made soft and it can be made stiff. The lips can be made wet, stiff and over the teeth then used to stimulate the clitoris by rubbing the hood and the opening for the clitoral glans and even the clitoral glans itself. Then the tongue can stimulate the vaginal opening, the urethral sponge and the the labia. With some effort it is possible to stimulate the clitoris with one lip, the vagina and nearby parts with the tongue and the perineum with the other lip almost all at the same time (you have to move your whole head to get your upper lip to move).I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

As I have stated before, the clit and the area surrounding it, is not the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop. So don't try to count how many licks it takes to get to the center.... For those of you that are old enough to remember the ad campaign, you'll understand.
There is a great book - IMO - that helps us men with our methods and techniques, it's called "She Comes First" by Ian Kerner Ph.D
I've referred or recommended it so many times in here that I should receive a cut for everyone that sells!! Regardless, it's still a helpful guide for men on how to get "it' right. Read this book, use the techniques described in it and your oral will elevate to an entirely different level.
If satisfying your partner is your goal, then reading a good book on the subject should be a "no brainer".Comment

This is DEFINATELY one of those things that will vary from woman to woman. You will NEVER have a recipe for awesome oral sex that is a go-to for each and every chick. We all have different needs
And even in the SAME woman, we have different needs at different times. Sometimes I'm too sensitive and just want kisses on my clitoris/pressure... and lots of finger attention. Other times I love licks and only licks. Most times I like the combo package lol. But really it takes listening to your partners reactions, watching for their response, paying attention to feedback given during or after to guide you into the best ways to please her specifically.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
