    Has Anyone Else Expericed This....

Or am I crazy? I've been working out for about for about 18 months. Early on I noticed that I had more energy which was expected and led to more frequent sex. Maybe it was simply the increase in frequncy, but my sex drive went up substantially. Over the past few months we have noticed an unusual side note. After I workout I go into sexual overdrive. Right now I workout on Monday and Wednesday after work, around 3:00. Some time after dinner I hit a peak, It usually fades slowly. By the time I go back on Wednesday. I'm back to normal. But then the cycle starts again Some Wednesdays are so bad that I actually have to keep myself busy with other things, like housework. Very rarely does mastrubation help. Hubby is often worn out from work, he's a sys admin for a reseach facility at a large local university. So, I generally, just let it fade. The Wednesday. peak usually fades out by Thursday morning. This can't be normal.

working out causes an increase in muscle mass and that is probably linked to increased testosterone which --> increased libido.

Blood pumping, body moving, testosterone boosted, workout high, feeling good about your body. Yep, sounds normal.

What I want to know is how the guys that even have the thought cross their minds to turn down some lovin' get wives with these nympho phases. I would sacrifice money, time, sleep, and just about anything else if I could get some of this "craziness" once a month, let alone twice a week.

Nope, just just good old-fashioned exercise and watching my diet. Little things like limiting fast food to once possibly twice a week. I work near a couple of strip malls, Pizza Hut, Wendy's and KFC were my downfall

Working out and being healthy is GREAT for the libido. I think you're just a healthy young woman who has a sex drive.

I do suggest you talking to your man about this; how you usually have to deny your sex drive. I understand being tired from work once in a while, but if it's a constant thing, it would be something to speak about.

I think I have partial explanation for my hubby's being tired every night after work. His building has climate control issues, For example, yesterday his office was 62 degrees which is 4 degrees colder than "his" server room. Keep in mind yesterday the outside temperature here was in the 30's here. He finally got a space heater last night.

your husband needs to man up and do his duty. sorry but i am in the IT business, he should have plenty of energy after sitting on his butt all day. i have no sympathy for a man looking at nerds all day who refuses sex from his hot, horny wife when he gets home.

His office is across the hall , probably 100 feet, away from the server room. The ENTIRE building is cold, not just his office. The university needs to get its butt in gear and fix the climate control.

If you think he can't take cold that's categorically incorrect. When we were dating he walked approximately 2 miles in 0 degree weather from his house to mine just to see me on Christmas night.
