Well, thank you for that background. I'm glad that works out for you and your husband. That lifestyle isn't for me, but it's a fascinating way of life, no doubt.
I'm curious if you've discussed with the other couple whether they also are faithful to you? How long have you been involved with this couple?

Hello and sorry not to have replied sooner.
Certainly we have discussed this with our other partner couple we don’t usually turn up and get on with sex straight away. we have a kind of social evening, sometimes we may not even get around to sex, if the conversations does not turn to it, but that is very rare and the idea is to have the sex, that’s the main idea. The woman in question had been a fellow worker of mine when I worked in an office for insurance claims. When we got married several years ago both my husband and I started seeing the other couple who were married by then also, we were in our twenties then. We have a long friendship together and can trust all in the relationship. We have our sex in the same house so there is nothing to hide, but as it is separate bedrooms we do not see all each other’s action, neither would we want to do so. I should say the relationship has been going on for over five years. Neither couple would want to stray from the other couple I would no more want to be jumped onto by another man than my friend would. we all have enough pleasure from our activities. I expect you could call it an open marriage. It is not because I am a bimbo either I am 39 years old so I know what I am doing. I agree that this lifestyle is not for everyone and I understand that. Anyway nice to hear from you again.

Are you sure you've never been to the US?!

Hot Amy, that's quite a story! I think it's probably very rare that you've been able to maintain a romantic relationship and a friendship with this couple over such a long time. Hell, most of my friendships don't last that long, even without the potential complications of a sexual relationship.
Congrats on finding what works for you. I'm glad you're happy in it.

Sorry Amy, I was confusing you coming to the US with what you asked Brenda about in the other thread (her man going to Norfolk). Anyway I was teasing about your comment about another woman and you at a claims office. That could be me - if you had ever been to the US.

Hello Jennifer When I teased Brenda about coming to Norfolk to see my other man I was talking about Norfolk, the county in East Anglia, (over on the east side of the country.) Perhaps you confused this with Norfolk Virginia. Unfortunately I have never been to the US.
There seems to be a lot of US ladies on this site and many a story, it certainly is good reading. I see where the similarity comes from as your profile states that you are a claims adjuster. I expect you are far more important in that job as I ever was as I only worked in the typing pool those years ago in motor car insurance claims, nobody important, just fetching and carrying. My husband does the working now and I run the household.
Nice to hear from you again, J

Yeah - what's Ron Burgundy say in Anchorman? "I'm kind of a big deal." Right.
