I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

So if you go down to #8 that's it there.Ev.
This was in regard to the one hour orgasm? Did you only have that the one time? What it did was scare the hell out of us actually. It was almost unbearably painful after about 5 minutes.By the time we got to our small country hospital I was doubled over and sobbing
I wouldn't worry about that. Based on everything you say, he's a good man and not the sort to cut and run.But I have also realized just what an extraordinary guy he is and how lucky I am to have him.Whenever I have told him how I feel he just says,"we'll get though this like we get through everything else. It'll be ok 'cause I love you".I wish I could be that sure for him.But I am worried it will just all be too much for us to overcome.

^Yep. This was the first thing I thought.
I saw the special. There are other women on these boards who have posted with this problem and less severe high libido issues. Unfortunately, I've never seen an answer. You can search around on this site and see quite a few posts on this. You're not alone. You can draw comfort from that.
Also, I know a lot of men and women will say things like, "I wish I had your problems." I wasn't trying to minimize your condition like that when I said "too horny." I know it's more than that. But my comment that I've never heard of a mate straying or abandoning someone for that is true. The special was a few years ago, but I think they interviewed the husbands. They were exhausted and it wasn't enjoyable. But, a man of the caliber of which you describe your husband isn't going anywhere over this issue."Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126Comment
