I keep reading comments posted in the different threads about women abstaining from sex during their period. I don't understand this. I'm post menopausal, so I don't have periods anymore. However, I never abstained because it was that time of the month. Matter of fact, I usually found sex to be even better than usual during my periods.

Just bathe, put a towel down to catch any mess, and enjoy.

As long as I'm not cramping on having a heavy day, I do just that. I'm generally horniest right before and during my cycle, and I've found that sex toward the end when the flow is slowing down tends to knock everything loose and put a quicker end it.

I've never had a problem with period sex either nor have any of my partners. When I've got really bad cramps being able to cum eases them. You just make a few provisions. Gosh my periods go for seven days.... I would hate to go without sex one week out of every month.

Oh yea my wife would go stir crazy't with no sex for a week either. But are you extremely horny during your cycle time. My wife was like a horny toad needing it many times a day while going through these few days. I guess that's why we have 4 daughters now lol.

a_dub, it's a body fluid, not unlike many others that some find "icky" and others don't have any problem with, male ejaculate for instance.


I would ask rather, if you'd ever run into resistance from a partner? The hubby has never had an issue but I know some people (men & women) who find it gross. Wouldn't want to be partnered with any of them, lol
