I would ask rather, if you'd ever run into resistance from a partner? The hubby has never had an issue but I know some people (men & women) who find it gross. Wouldn't want to be partnered with any of them, lol
Well blood in general is kinda gross whether from a nosebleed or somewhere else. In addition menstrual blood is a little grosser than a nosebleed because it actually contains necrotic (dead) tissue from the endometrial lining.

a_dub, you're entitled to your opinions but you might want to be more careful about simply stating your opinions and not projecting them on others. I found the way you phrased your question offensive but I would not have found the following offensive.

I find menstrual blood icky. I wonder how many other guys feel the same?

The we'd have replied with our experiences and not taken offense and you might potentially have gotten an answer. Rude questions either don't get answered or get answered in a rude way. Since we're all trying to understand one another we really have to make the effort of thinking about what we're saying AND how it will be received before we hit that "Post Quick Reply" button. And when we mess up we have to be willing to own it and apologize for it.

Also, if you're not sure if something will be considered offensive, then say that and we'll for sure tell you so you can learn and do better next time.

Ugh....I dunno this one is usually a toss up.

Blood feels thinner and of a different consistency than a woman's regular juices. And it splatters. And the sound isn't as appealing.

BUT that doesn't always stop me. Especially if a girl tricks me into it with a BJ first to get me ultra horny but won't let me finish unless I put it inside her (you ladies are cruel!)

yes, yes we are. more so to each other than to men. but we can be ruthless in pursuit of what we want. I've never understood the perception that men are more ruthless when all my experience says the opposite.

My wife has said stuff to me similar to what a_dub said above many times. I've heard others (men and women) express similar sentiments. I didn't see anything particularly offensive about it.

I never thought about a guy being grossed out by menstrual blood. I can certainly see where a guy wouldn't want to go there for oral (I wouldn't); but for intercourse, I can't see how it's bothersome, other than it possibly being a little messier.

So when a guy says, "She can't have sex because it's that time of the month," he may really just mean that he thinks it's too gross so he doesn't want to touch it. To those guys, I say you really don't know what you're missing. ;-)

I'm soooooooooo glad I never got involved with a guy who thinks like that!

For me it was no big deal it was part of my women life of being a women it's all natural you can't stop it. Well the problem there is some guys who are very selfish men and only care for there pleasure. But couldn't give a rat butt there female partner has any pleasure period. As see red headed boy friend a pain in the butt for them.

But Archer we love it you know you do. Men minds work completely differently then women's and when we get to that point of no return we would do pretty much anything if asked too by a women they hold all the power lol.

Yeah I didn't realize it came out that way. On second reading, yeah it looks a bit dodgy. I'll edit my post. Apologies, trix!
