The only rule I see listed is that you have to be a silver member (100 posts), but there must be a time qualification too, because my first post there wasn't for over a year after I joined. I think you need a year.

There isn't anything happening in the lounge. Don't worry. You're not missing out on much. The rules are the same there, so no one is badmouths anyone else.

All of the action is out here. The secret lounge is nice in theory because it won't show up on search engines and someone who just wants input from more established members can post there. In practice it's pretty dead most of the time. There hasn't been a post there since February.
