I would imagine that in one way or the other we all have a role in our relationships, in mine I’m the submissive one and my G/F is my dominant figure, I think we were born to be the way we are, but I could be wrong.
Maybe we should be equals ? I’m not sure,, I’m not looking for advice, I can’t change the way I am I’ve tried, it just doesn’t work for me.. I am who and what I am..

What I am looking for is opinions on the matter..

In bed I like being submissive! But I can be dominant with my GF, so we can at least mix it up a bit. Outside of bed I am generally leading, though I wouldn't mind for her to take the reins (but she doesn't have it in her).

I think that how people are in bed, and how they behave in the rest of their relationship may be different.

I'm happy to be either dominant or submissive in bed. My wife really doesn't like either much.

In the rest of our relationship I wind up being more submissive, mostly because I'm easy-going enough to be happy with lots of things. At work I am a PITA.

I was never conscious of the submissive or dominant roles with prior partners. Before we ever did it she whispered in my ear that she wanted to dominate me in bed (using more explicit and suggestive language). It was so unexpected (in multiple ways). We were in public and I just wasn't prepared for that. She had me at that point. I turned into mush!

I am more submissive in bed generally speaking. I love to play the dominant one when role-playing on occasion, and take charge of things, but I like a strong man to "put me in my place". I tend to be a strong personality outside the boudoir, tho. And I do like a strong man by my side then too, but I'm less willing to let him control the pace and all decisions outside the sexual realm. I do ask for what I like and say what I don't want, but I don't think that's unsubmissive.

Neither of us are either dominant or submissive. We're equals. We're Christians, so I lead. We make decisions together though and generally move without much fuss from either of us. We're both easy-going.
