Last time I saw my councilor was months ago. I talked to him about my father.. That's basically it. Then my father would go in and close the door. I don't know what happens either he's getting all the information about me or just telling him that all I say is bs I don't know. All I know is that he comes out 5-7 muinets later and we leave. I want a thereipst and my mother really helps me with that. When I have sex with him all those issues go away. I don't think about anything else but its as if I'm not aroused enough. At the beginning I'm really into it but I kind of realsied today that it may be because we were going way to slow for me.. He's all about makeig love and being slow but sometimes you know.. U need a lot and a lot of passion.. So I'm going to try that tomorrow. We have a very very healthy sex life. We never have sex once.. Its 2-6 times. Before he just is too tired.
My boyfriend sees how much it kills me not to be able to finish.. So hes offering to help me pay for the theripist..

jb, you have so much going on in your life for a girl so young. In my view, this really isn't a sex problem. Sex is how you escape . . . just like some people use drugs or alcohol. Credit to you that he seems to be a very caring young man.

Work on your depression issues. Have Mom take you to a psychiatrist and get evaluated. You don't need to be seeing the person as your father. It should be someone dedicated to you . . . the therapist need only deal with your father if that will assist in your recovery.

Because your mind is not letting you orgasm. You having to many issue it seem this trying to orgasm is working on your mental state you way to young to be going through this. You must be in knots just relax and it will come to you not today or tomorrow or next week but it will come. But many have said you need to fix your mentally state before trying to achieve that some women never do because of this same issues you having now JB. It's like the baseball prayer having a hitting slump it's in his mind thinking way to much that's causes this. Once he gets his mind straight he starts hitting the ball again. There's this baseball movie call Bull Durham go buy that DVD and watch it this will explain what i been saying this is just for you having this orgasm compare to the guy hitting the ball it's a mind block you are having to work through it all.So good luck I hope you can get pass this mind block.

There is only one answer, but you don't want to accept it. Sex starts in the brain. Since your equipment works (you can orgasm), then this is an emotional issue -- you are blocking yourself from orgasming.

As for the why, no one knows but you. That is the reason I suggest continuing with therapy.

The physical part of climaxing contains both repetitive action and fatigue caused by over stimulation. Too much repetitive action can cause fatigue and desensitizing. Too little repetitive action will not lead to climaxing. One way to get enough repetitive action without causing fatigue and desensitizing is to do the repetitive action for a while and then do something else that holds the level of sexual excitement for a short while. Then go back to the original repetitive action. By doing this for several cycles, over stimulation is avoided. Cycling this way pumps up the level of sexual excitement until (hopefully) climax is achieved.
