Yeah, harder does feel better. The penis is unique in that it can feel rock hard and soft at the same time. If the erection isn't super hard, it doesn't feel as good.

Yes exactly, that is what I've been told by nearly all the women I've had relations with. Luckily for me my erections are pretty hard and stiff also above average in size or at least that's what I've been told
