    Circumcised vs. Uncircumcised Penis

I've discussed this during our "girl time out" with my friends. I'd be interested in what others think. This is really a question for the women but guys can chime in too.

Women, is there a difference in sex between a circumcised man and an uncircumcised one? For me, the only difference is during penetration when the head of the penis is just entering me. I find the head of the circumcised penis is generally larger and is much like a mushroom so that as it enters me it stretches my vaginal opening and gives me a little bit of added pleasure. Once the sex actually starts though then there is no difference, even if the man exits my body and enters me a few moments later. It just seems that initial entry with the mushroom penis head does the trick for those few seconds.

I'm actually glad that I only have daughters. I'd be torn on what to do with a boy.

I screwed up on the poll (my first time using one). Let's just say that if you vote "yes" it means you like a circumcised penis and "no" means you don't

Circumcised here and yes, I have the mushroom head, lol. I don't think that's related to the circ though. I got snipped when I was 7 yo so not sure if the size/shape of my knob changed due to it.

Natalie, have you experienced both kinds without a rubber? I'm sure with a condom on they probably feel the same. Do you have a preference when it comes to oral? Have you noticed any differenece in the softness of the head in circumcised vs non? How about sensitivity, do uncut guys cum quicker due to increased sensitivity?

I don't have a preference as long as it's kept clean. I have very strong views on this topic and as far as I'm concerned no parent no matter what the reason (unless medical which is rare) has the right to have part of their son's sexual organ removed. The child should be able to make a choice what happens to his body. So much for human rights when it comes to this subject. It's a very cruel and barbaric procedure.

Well I was circumcised at a few days after birth. So my choice was thrown out the window then I was award to the state 3 days after my birth. My birth mother was in he prison so she had no rights to me at all. Then had no family who wanted me so all my health issue was handle by the state then till i was 11 years old and was adopted. This all was 1964 so times have change with rights to children and say so what happens now.
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.

Well Romy, i think it's done is the health issue of it all teaching mothers. When washing there sons to pull back the foreskin to wash everything. This is not happening with some mothers. But my wife been with both guys cut and uncut she prefers the cut by far. But i understand where you coming and understand what your saying on this matter.I not sure what the practice in Aussie what is done but it's a very popular practice here in the states about the only country i think does it faithfully still unless the mother refuses to have it done.

Motorguy, I just did some quick research and 2013 had the lowest rate of circumcision in Australia in the past 100 years. On average 10% of baby boys are subjected to this before they reach six months old. I don't know of anyone who has had their sons done in the past ten years when I had my children and these things were discussed.

Well Romy in the U.S these numbers for circumcision has been staying around the low 60% rate for the pass 25 years now.But in the early 1960's to about 1969 the pct rates was 99% that young boys where circumcised in this time frame. Well that's good they discuss this issue instead of just doing it. I think times have change with the numbers coming down now days then it was 40 or 50 years ago the numbers was way higher then.

Actually it's very important for mothers of young intact sons to NOT try to pull back the foreskin - it doesn't become retractible for many years after birth, even until puberty in some cases. There is a lot of misinformation on the care of intact infant genitals, but it's true that in the US upwards of half of all boys still undergo surgery within days of birth. In my area I imagine the rates are upwards of 90% - my son's pediatrician has no other intact clients and has very little knowledge of intact care. She even diagnosed phimosis at during infancy and suggested he needed circumcision to fix it (blatantly impossible and woefully incorrect, for the laymen out there.) Other areas in the US may have dramatically lower rates, even nearing zero.

This thread isn't about babies, though the issues are inevitably linked - it's not really fair to judge a circumcised man on his penis when it was his parents' choice to cut it, nor is it fair to tell a man his perfect natural penis is ugly or wrong because it doesn't adhere to social norms for our generation (especially when those norms are changing.) Each group certainly has its own aesthetic, when flaccid, anyways. My opinions on infant circumcision certainly color my feelings, but I'd be more likely to find an intact penis attractive based on the lessened possibility of scarring (I've seen some very ugly scars from circumcision, eek!) Though when erect/in use there is not a great deal of difference.

I don't find intact men to be any softer or to climax any quicker, though they might be more sensitive - that's not for me to say. Penetration is easier and more pleasurable for me due to the "give" in the foreskin.
