Funny, that's a good question. All the simulated penis style dildos I've ever seen or own don't make a point of reproducing any foreskin, tho the 'penises' are always erect and as mentioned the foreskin isn't significant on erect penises anyway. Haha, maybe I should look more closely.

Then what's needed are penis-style dildos that start off flaccid, with or without foreskin, according to preference. Then, with stimulation, the dildo becomes erect, can ejaculate when desired, etc.
