I agree with all of you but I will not tell my mam. I shall try to distance myself from my aunt in future and threaten to tell my mam if she continues. This post has been a great help to me. Thank you all.

Firstly, let's break this down. Why did you feel guilty when you Mother walked in? It's not a sin to masturbate nor is abnormal.

Secondly, now that you are 18, what do you think of the said subject? Notably that you agreed to do so in front of your Aunty without question really and in my opinion, it's her fault in your eyes, she initiated it. I get the feeling that you think she was wrong and you again, feel guilty are you still a Virgin?

Also if I can ask how old is your Aunty and has she ever given you reason to feel that she liked you in any way, is she married?

A lot of 18 year olds are "shy" at sex especially if they haven't had it yet. Do you think that morally this was wrong on your behalf, as other have stated, you are a young Adult.

I noted, you stated in your introduction that there were men here and so, you wanted to start a thread.. But, you actually came onto a Woman's Forum knowingly before finding that out, so was your question aimed at women and you thought men would say "good on you?" .

I would like to understand you better before I give a reply and hope that you answer as well.
I came onto a woman's forum to get advice from women thinking they would help me better which you all have. Men would say go for it, but that's what men say is it not? when they see a bit of skirt. I would get no help from them. No I am not a virgin having been with young girls of my age.

Why would you threaten your Aunt?

Do you feel violated from what occurred?

I hate to disappoint you, but of the first 5 responders to your post, 3 were men. We all gave you the same opinion and none of the men wrote that you should go for it because your Aunt is just another piece of tail. Men, real men that is, are not ruled by their sexual urges but have similar moral fiber as women. I hope you too can grow up with an understanding good that proper conduct is not one in which getting laid is the goal.

Baboy's point is one to really consider -- while your Aunt may be more culpable, at 18, you should have known better then to participate. Good luck to you.

Hi I see some guys are on this site so I wish to indulge.
No it's not hence my reply to you. This is the quote you gave when you joined and you received response from those Men as Effy pointed out. Your Aunty is "not" a bit of skirt and they acknowledge that. So again, how do you feel violated? Or elated?

You've heard Morals but I'd like to hear how you honestly feel about the situation.

Perhaps if the first 3 replies came from men How was I to know that when I can only see nick names. They could be of any gender. Perhaps if they used a man’s name I would have known that they were men. At least I gave a man’s name and said that I was male. And in answer to your question why should I threaten my aunt by telly mum. This was not in any violent meaning it was from effy who said I should do that and tell mum, so I was only doing what the very first answer said I should do. If this was an answer from a male replier that I did not know how could I?
I did think that on a women’s forum I would be treated with more compassion and given more help than if I had gone to a men’s forum. I have found many men’s forums on line and had wished not to join then because they were downright filthy. Still again thank you very much and I will say I won’t be coming back here again. You came on this site for what reason? You seem to have supplied all of your own answers and indeed are negative to what our valued members of this forum have to say. What does it matter whether the advise came from a male or from a female perspective? Were you looking simply for validation of what occurred? OR were you looking to brag a little?

From male or female perspective the advise is the same. This was a form of incest. This could (in some areas of North America at least) fall under the heading of child abuse (this where the age of majority is 19).

Was this all a dream? And, back into the dream you slip, until the morning sun rises and you find the dream is nothing more.
                and to quote . . .

” If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended,
That you have but slumber’d here
                While these visions did appear.
And this weak and idle theme,
No more yielding but a dream,
                Gentles, do not reprehend:
if you pardon, we will mend:
And, as I am an honest Puck,
                If we have unearned luck
Now to ‘scape the serpent’s tongue,
                We will make amends ere long;
                Else the Puck a liar call;
So, good night unto you all.
Give me your hands, if we be friends,
And Robin shall restore amends.” (V, i. 440-455)
That which we forget may as well never really happened.

To me it border incest. That was a private matter. I'll never discuss with anyone an event witness such as this. Rather, I'll or have had confidential conversations with my son, and would/have let him know that there is no shame, but if such acts are engaged upon, it should be behind locked doors. I don't need or care to see him exploring. I'll never belittle or shame them, but I'd also never disclose a private matter such as this.

What your aunt is doing is a form of abuse.

                    Say NO.

I have no idea how to respond to that. In one breathe, you acknowledged that men were here at your introduction and felt that you should speak out about a situation. In another breathe, you felt that you would gain compassion because it was a Women's Forum. And, then you seem to be upset that men replied. And you seem to be upset that people stated you are an Adult then on the other hand, at 18 for what your Aunt did, tell your Mum.

Yet in reality, I was offering compassion, I was asking you how "you" felt about it. All you did was make a statement of affairs. The mere fact of the way in which you have now replied, gives me the impression that you felt used or violated even though you made the conscious decision to go ahead and haven't been heard.

Unless you answered my questions, it couldn't have gone in the direction that you wanted it to go into, because you only gave us a blank statement of events.

As for the men of our Forum not using "their" name, that's called sensibility in the Internet World, but they certainly advised that they were male on the inset of joining and it's refreshing to gain both male and female opinions on this Forum.

                      Best wishes to you.
