My BF and me like it rough. Sometimes we bruise each other, it is exciting for us both. Recently he started choking me with his hand around my neck while fingering me. I had an orgasm like never before, it was like i exploded and kept shaking for ten minutes afterwards with my whole body. The other day i did it by him while i was riding him on top. He also came really big time, made a lot of noise :-)
He told me that it is possible that one of us might pass out.
Do any of you had this experience?

I will just say to you to be careful when doing this. Be very careful.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.

I've never tried it, but you can pass out and die.

Yes, you have to be careful, but if you just use your hands (no other objects i.e. Belts, ties etc), it is pretty safe. It is really hard to strangle a person with one hand. Have safe words and gestures agreed to so he will stop if you are ever uncomfortable. My SO and I have been doing this (at her request) safely for years. I never do it as hard as she wants, but it does get her off very quickly.

Pretty sure this is how David Carradine (Kung Fu) died, albeit he was flying solo, so to speak, when things went wrong. I can't imagine it, but if you are into it, be as careful as you can.

One way to keep it less dangerous would be to read everything about it, about the windpipe, etc. I know the windpipe can be damaged pretty easily, because one learns that in self defense lessons. Once damaged, one can die of it.

Even with one hand, you can damage it.

Using ropes is even more dangerous.

It's really important to learn everything about it, including what to do in case something goes wrong and how to resuscitate. Asking here is OK, but the detailed information you'd get from medical professionals, or medical literature.

            Take care.

This practice isn't uncommon but you do need to be extremely careful and have total trust in each other. Talk about it and set some boundaries and rules which you agree to. My partner and I use hands and sometimes belts, but it's never to the point of feeling we're losing consciousness. The act of doing it is just as much of a turn on as the feelings it produces. Don't ever get so carried away that you're not aware of each other's well-being. Be careful and enjoy.
