I do workout every morning to try to channel my "energy" but it does not always work.

I seem to be most "out of control" around my menstrual cycle (ending or right after for about two to three weeks) and I can seem to think of nothing else and then thinking of sex leads me to a desire that I HAVE TO take care of or I cannot focus.
