Aha, never looked into those rings. Might be worth a try Ive managed to overcome premature ejaculation most of the time but doesnt work every time.
Getting one of those rings as a backup might be a good idea. Presumably theres no negative effects for you him whe he wears one?

agree with others, if he's only had a physical with a GP, he may not have picked up a physical problem
seeing a urologist would be the best because there are numerous physical problems that can causes ED
maybe he has a problem that could be easily fixed with meds

No. They make them with vibrators on top so they are pleasurable for her too. Plus the ring restricts blood flow out of the penis (not into) so it makes the penis bigger and harder than usual. I've heard some say don't "finish the job" while still having it on (because of the pressure I suppose) but keeping it on for a while just to prolong things usually does the trick.

You can also try kegel exercises to strengthen the PC muscles. It can help control climax/ejaculation.

muffin70 May I ask what during your counseling sessions helped you the most? Maybe I should find him a different counselor.. Yes I have tried giving him hand jobs and blow jobs but it's the same problem no matter what. And even if I was able to get him to ejaculate in me last minute, it still wouldn't solve the problem of us enjoying a sex life together. Getting pregnant would be amazing but I also feel like our romance and marriage are dwindling because of this issue. We've only been married for a year but it feels like we've in our 80s sometimes. I'm losing hope for everything
            Hi Jessica,

I'm not really sure what happened in the counselling sessions that helped the most... one thing I remember is she just said not put too much pressure on it (she said this to my wife who was then just my G/F) basically the more I worried about it, the worse it was..... then one weekend we went away for a night and had sex in the motel and I was able to maintain my erection and ejaculate inside her - and from then on it was not a problem

I'm having a few problems now, but that is attributed to my diabetes
