    atskitty2,

You're very lucky. Not many women can cum from intercourse. My g/f can cum from only two positions, and it's never a sure bet. When she's on top, she can cum most of time, but I can't help her. She knows what works for her and will generally make it work. She is even better when she's riding me reverse cowgirl. Again, I can't touch her. She knows how to do it on her own. In contrast, she has a 100% track record of cumming when I go down on her. She also has a 100% track record of cumming when she's using her vibrator or when I'm using it on her. After she cums, she wants hard thrusting and rough intercourse. Often she'll murmur, "Harder, harder." She wants her butt slapped and very dirty talk. Almost all of the time, she'll rub her clit while I banging her dog style, which is one of her favorite positions. Her favorite is her completely bent over, my holding her waist, her looking up at me disappearing inside of her, and a lot of dirty talk. I like this position as well, but I have to concentrate on holding her waist firmly lest she fall forward.

This is very important. Other studies show that many women don't orgasm from intercourse or that it is rare. Those studies show that they have a higher likelihood of orgasming from oral sex. They may prefer to orgasm from an activity in which both are going to achieve release, but that may not be the way they actually achieve orgasm. A person may prefer orgasm by intercourse over masturbation, but actually achieve orgasm by masturbation often but achieve orgasm by intercourse rarely. There is a difference between stated preference (subjective) and empirical preference (objective).

Actually I can't, that's part of the point I am trying to make. I would prefer that. Doesn't mean that's what I get.

If I can have an O during intercourse, from manually stimulating my clit, that's again preferred over oral for me.

I'm not sure the wording of the study questions posed to participants was completely objective.

I wonder how much the inability to orgasm from intercourse depends on the relationship and the man.

            Happy April Fool's Day, Stillness,

My take on women's orgasms is anatomical and physiological.

From my experience, women need a lot of foreplay. Foreplay should begin before men and women get inside of a bedroom. But that's dicta for separate topic.

After a lot of foreplay in which she is thoroughly drenched, I'll apply lubrication on my middle finger and insert it inside of her butt and my index finger inside of vagina. I'll massage the inner ridges of her vagina with my index finger the entire time I'm down on her. Then I'll lick her clit with constant, firm yet gentle pressure, then wander to her swollen lips and suck them softly into my mouth where my tongue will caress them, then I'll softly lick her entire vaginal area and perineum, then penetrate her with my tongue, and finally going back to her clit applying constant, firm yet gentle pressure before sucking it into my mouth where my tongue will massage her to a massively intense orgasm.

From my experience, a woman needs constant pressure on her clit to entice her to orgasm. There are only a few intercourse positions that accord a woman ability to keep constant pressure upon her clit to orgasm.

My g/f prefers oral sex orgasms to all others by a huge margin. She has told me more times than I can remember that she'll fantasize about my going down on her long before I pick her up. Just fantasizing about my going down on her drenches her.

Satisfaction is a state of mind and so an orgasm isn't necessary to be totally fulfilled when having sex.

I've tried to get my g/f to buy in to this reasoning. She told me to shut up and get back to work.

Orgasm is good for women. It puts them in good moods. When my g/f is acting bit*hy, I go down on her a half-dozen times & she's as sweet as can be.

                    Hi Maisie Dayz,

You're right. It's why men work. Women have expensive desires.

Variety is good, but for some reason it reverts to a pattern.
