I'm sorry I'm not an expert but it sounds like premature ejaculation. If you're worried about it maybe go and see a doctor, don't be embarrassed to tell them, that's what they are there for. But they'll probably tell you not to worry about it.

Maybe you need to masturbate more regularly? My husband is in his 40s and still masturbates every day, sometimes twice a day. If he didn't, maybe he'd be like you and ejaculate very easily. You are probably much younger so you produce even more semen, it needs to go somewhere. Just masturbate more often and let it out, then I bet you won't have those little "accidents".

Also make sure you don't confuse ejaculation with precum. If all that's happening is a few clear (not white) drops leaking out, then it's not proper ejaculation. My husband produces large quantities of precum when he's aroused, it's totally normal. If you're actually shooting out white stuff, then it's definitely semen and you're ejaculating prematurely.

Dear jane86 thank you for your suggestions. When I do masturbate I do ejaculate thick white liquid in lot of quantity and for that I need to rub my penis or have to jerk off. But whenever I am looking at hot image or video it leaks in my underwear which is not that thick white. What is that and how do I overcome it ? Why do you think 30 seconds is too quick? Sounds pretty normal to me. I really don't sit there with a timer when I'm with my husband or with my lover, but I'm sure it's a similar amount of time.

You're just a normal guy, don't overthink all this stuff and stop worrying. Hopefully you'll find yourself a partner soon who appreciates you getting hard for them, regardless of speed. Maybe they'll even like your precum!
