I'm sorry I'm not an expert but it sounds like premature ejaculation. If you're worried about it maybe go and see a doctor, don't be embarrassed to tell them, that's what they are there for. But they'll probably tell you not to worry about it.

Maybe you need to masturbate more regularly? My husband is in his 40s and still masturbates every day, sometimes twice a day. If he didn't, maybe he'd be like you and ejaculate very easily. You are probably much younger so you produce even more semen, it needs to go somewhere. Just masturbate more often and let it out, then I bet you won't have those little "accidents".

Also make sure you don't confuse ejaculation with precum. If all that's happening is a few clear (not white) drops leaking out, then it's not proper ejaculation. My husband produces large quantities of precum when he's aroused, it's totally normal. If you're actually shooting out white stuff, then it's definitely semen and you're ejaculating prematurely.

Dear jane86 thank you for your suggestions. When I do masturbate I do ejaculate thick white liquid in lot of quantity and for that I need to rub my penis or have to jerk off. But whenever I am looking at hot image or video it leaks in my underwear which is not that thick white. What is that and how do I overcome it ? Why do you think 30 seconds is too quick? Sounds pretty normal to me. I really don't sit there with a timer when I'm with my husband or with my lover, but I'm sure it's a similar amount of time.

Wait until you have a partner before you start worrying about lasting longer. Masturbating and making love are very different things, you don't know how long it's going to take you to ejaculate in that situation. Different men last different amounts of time, if your partner loves you you'll make it work no matter what.

Ok if it makes you feel better, my husband never lasted very long. I'm talking about actual intercourse. Especially if I was in charge, on top of him or sucking him off, forget it. Probably 2 minutes like you. Especially with me on top because the sight of my boobs bouncing about was too much for him. We always ended up in this ridiculous situation of me riding him while he looked away, took deep breaths and thought of Margaret Thatcher naked to try and slow himself down.
