Some girlfriends and I were having a chat over wine and it was brought up how we love our vibrators yet they just somehow don't feel as good as a penis even though the penis does not vibrate. We all like the way that a penis is hard yet soft in texture at the same time, which silicone is not. So how to you does a penis feel better than a vibrator?

I think you won't find many guys thinking a vibrator is better than their penis.
With a vibrator you get a simple machine. With a guy (and a penis) you get something much more complex, even if there isn't a strong emotional connection. Of course, if the guy doesn't try to give you pleasure, the simple machine may be better.
