What's standard pickup theory, though? What Ross Jeffries, Hypnotica, Steve, Johnny Soporno, and myself all teach is different. What Neil, Erik, Savoy, Art of Charm, and David DeAngelo all teach is different.
There isn't a "standard" except for the philosophy: Use what works best for you.
I think there is a wrong and right way to approach certain topics.
EPICALLY, when it comes to picking up women and/or courtship, because most women have this fantasy of being swept off there feet.[/QUOTE]
As long as you're not being a , there's no wrong way to approach a situation. ESPECIALLY courtship! Most women want that fairy tale story with the knight in shining armor. Unfortunately, Rapunzel's wearing a weave! It's just going to get ripped out.
And the saddest thing of all? When that guy finally does come along and "sweep her off her feet" it's either some nice guy with no balls, or some douche monger out to use her.
Misguided. Just because something isn't "romantic" doesn't mean it's going to crush her reality. I've told countless women exactly what it is I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and why it works. If I didn't go to bed with her that night, it was the night after. And there's nothing wrong with that. Just because our first encounter wasn't "romantic" doesn't mean her reality is crushed. It just means she now has a new take on reality....So If a man talks about specific things that trigger her attraction, then to the women there is no romance and it crushes her reality.

Rather not waste my time and argue this....

Are you kidding me OG? OFCOURSE THERE IS A WRONG AND RIGHT WAY!!!!
For a real life example go on google and type "Ross jeffries and mystery method on dr phil" It should be the first result!
Notice the difference in womens opinions compared to how MM approached courtship and how ROSS JEFFRIES did!
Live laugh and loveNice guys don't finish last, weak guys finish last.Comment

I guess the google video that I mentioned was not the correct video.
The Dr.Phil episode Im talking about was "Women Beware"
There was an obvious distinction between the audiences response to how MM approached pick up and Ross Jeffries did.
Unfortunately I can't find the video!

There isn't an argument, though. For every man out there with a philosophy on getting some, it's going to be variably different than the next man's. Neil, Erik, and Nick, while having similar principles, all teach something very different. While Eric, Steve, and Johnny teach similar things, it's different.
There isn't any "standard" pickup theory. If you mean Mystery Method, then say so.
No need to shout, son. Simmer down. Are you kidding me OG? OFCOURSE THERE IS A WRONG AND RIGHT WAY!!!!
Ross Jeffries intentionally comes across as a creep when he's doing shows like that. It gets people interested and wonder what his deal is. The man has been in business, and a rather successful one at that, for over 20 years. It's his persona that draws people to him. It's his persona that get people to check out his websites and other content that's online. For a real life example go on google and type "Ross jeffries and mystery method on dr phil" It should be the first result!
Erik's thing is to be the goth/club cool kid he couldn't be when he was younger. He comes across as laid back, suave, and utterly cheesy.
Duly noted and explained above. And I've seen those episodes.Notice the difference in womens opinions compared to how MM approached courtship and how ROSS JEFFRIES did!

Out of your experience would you believe that those instructors that you mention would tell there students to:
- Constantly call there women and tell them how much they love them.
- Always buy them dinners and gifts to demonstrate there love.
- To tell there dates that they haven't been on a date in years.
- To act nervous around there dates.
- To NOT touch there women because women dont like men who advance?
- Always compliment a womens looks and dont mention anything about her character?
- Start crying infront of the girl on your first date.
Lmao.. I bolded it out and capatlized it to draw attention not to shout.
Which leads me to question if you shouted while you read it? lol
No what it did was make women upset to the thought of men going to seminars to talk to women.
The female audience on that show was horrified at the thought of men learning to pick up women! Once RJ aired.
However when Savoy was talking about PU it was a completely different atmosphere and women were ok with it and even applauding to some of the things the men said.
Which proves my point!

Eric, Steve, and Johnny say that you only tell a woman you love her if it's true.
Erik would tell a woman he loves her without using those words. Such as "I think you've hijacked my brain. You're all I've been thinking about now for quite some time." That's part of his "You hijacked my brain" routine to get a girl in to bed.
Neil is whipped. He lets his women run him ragged. I've heard from too many respectable people in the know that he allows such bratty behavior... especially while he's hosting a workshop.
Eric, Steve, and Johnny say pick up the check if you want to. Treat her to something nice if you want to. Just don't make her believe that it's an automatic thing for you to pay everytime.Always buy them dinners and gifts to demonstrate there love.
Neil and Erik would play some stupid game with her to get HER to pay for it so they don't have to come out of pocket.
I've heard Erik and Neil tell their students to tell a girl that to lower expectations for the night. "Oh, I've been out of the game for so long I'm real rusty. So don't expect anything magical tonight."]To tell there dates that they haven't been on a date in years.
Eric, Johnny, and Steve say to be honest. Just because you're not swimming in vaginal canals every night (how's that for a visualization?!
) doesn't mean you have to tell her that. If you want to tell her you haven't been on a "date" in years, then tell her. But you don't have to.
No.To act nervous around there dates.
Touching is all part of the human experience. Just like dogs and cats, we all like to be "pet".To NOT touch there women because women dont like men who advance?
Erik and Neil go for the shallow club girls who have no character or any real personality. This doesn't apply to them because they base everything off of looks.Always compliment a womens looks and dont mention anything about her character?
Again, Eric, Johnny, and Steve preach honesty. If she's acting like a b!tch, then call her on her behavior. And yes, it's OK to compliment a woman on her beauty. Just don't over do it.
Nobody advocates this that I'm aware of.Start crying infront of the girl on your first date.
Not really. Granted there is a "code of conduct" but that's not the same as "standard pickup theory." Johnny Soporno is all about open honesty and free love. There is a basic code of conduct. It does get more complicated as you get deeper but the foundation remains the same!
Eric is a dominant man who has a childlike playfulness to him. His thing is being direct, being forward, and leading women because they want to be lead.
Steve is a dominant man who looks for submissive women, or women who want to be submissive. Both he and Eric are big on language and doing what they want. Like me, they don't live in a world of "right and wrong." They do the things they want to because it's what they want to do. The women in their lives enjoy their company so much that they go along because they know it's going to be a fun time.
Erik and Neil are all about playing games. They can't have successful relationships because they don't know how to maintain what they've obtained.
My roommate came in like "WTF, dude?!"Lmao.. I bolded it out and capatlized it to draw attention not to shout.
Which leads me to question if you shouted while you read it? lol
And I'd be willing to bet my next paycheck that the majority of them got online and Googled him to see what they could find about him. I'd also be willing to bet that they were pleasantly surprised. Ross came across as a creep intentionally. Didn't he say that he wanted people to think of him as a villain, or something along those lines? No what it did was make women upset to the thought of men going to seminars to talk to women.
That's because they're spin doctors. They didn't get in to "negs" (backhanded compliments) or the bullshat games they play to keep a woman's attention because their goofy outfits are repulsive. They talked about some of the openers they gave a student that weren't real, but made you believe they were actually pertaining to him. They spun things around like a politician. They're slick. I won't deny that. Their defensive attitude towards a lot of things though (and I may have seen a different show than you) was a huge turn off for me.However when Savoy was talking about PU it was a completely different atmosphere and women were ok with it and even applauding to some of the things the men said.
And I believe I just countered your point.Which proves my point!
