I suspected Topamax with the weight loss. That drug has a notorious side effect of weight loss. Also, many people taking it will tell you it makes food taste different. Example: soda's will have a very metallic taste to the point that people avoid them altogether. Diazapam is used as a muscle relaxer in his case, and can affect weight, but not in a major way. The topamax is why he's losing weight. That will normally level off, so don't be too alarmed.

I don't know why he is on the muscle relaxer. He doesn't need to lose the weight though he is already pretty thin as is and that's why I was worrying about that. He lost it on me tonight he is very even keel guy and has never raised his voice at me but when I woke him up to get him to eat and drink one water he just lost it and it honestly has me scared.

Diazapam (the generic form of valium) is used as a muscle relaxer because during seizures, muscles are strained much more significantly than what's visible to the naked eye. The idea is to keep him from straining his muscles or cracking a rib, know what I mean? Now, him becoming aggressive and scaring you in another matter entirely. This becomes a safety issue, your safety. Who else (family/friends) do you have nearby? It's time to have "the talk" with them. You need more than moral support at this point. Reinforcements are becoming Necessary. I'm not sure how comfortable you are posting everything openly. You are at 31 posts. I think at 33, you gain access to PM'ing privileges. We can achieve those two easily. Then, if you'd rather us do some pm'ing for a sense of privacy, I'm more than willing to work with you any way that I can. I agree with Euphoric, he's going through different emotions with this all now and you may not be able to handle those and you shouldn't fear, that's not an emotion you should be feeling.

His older sister is nearby and I have some close friends that might be willing to help me. I will pm you whenever it is unlocked I prefer not to get to personal on the open forum. He has a very deep purple bruise on the right side of his ribs. Doctors also told me not to let him shower or bathe unsupervised for the time being.

He is in the hospital this weekend and will be for a couple Days..... =(

They were about to release him but had a bad bad seizure that did some serious harm and so he was put into the ICU. But since then things have been decent was sent home a few weeks ago and is doing alright.
