Kel,
Um…you already know I sympathized with your situation. I think in my first post to you I mentioned other "modalities" could be incorporated to help fill the need. Did you blush because 'he' order a toy for or because toys are an avenue you have yet to explore, or both? I'm a huge fan of novelties and pretty much have some form or another of just about everything on the market. Hubs and I incorporate them into our activities often and I'll fly solo too. Depending on the situation, toys can be used to fill the void if your partner can't perform, so in a way I guess they are replacing him temporarily, but if feels well enough to be the one piloting the toys use, ahhh, the possibilities are endless

Kels,
This is going to open up some interesting, stimulating, situations
Feel free to PM is you need to. I know there are a lot of things I'm willing to discuss openly on the forum, and then there are a few things that I value members opinions, but don't necessarily want to put it all out there, per se. Don't hesitate, baby, I'll gladly offer suggestions.
We want BF to get well, but there is no shame in taking this opportunity to explore. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

It's so soon! So many worries must be going through his mind, right now. I'd give him space and support. He probably needs time to adapt to the new situation.
If he's gone on meds, that may also be messing up with his libido, etc. He needs time and support, instead of pressure to do things he's not comfortable with, right now.
Good luck to him and to you.Comment

I know you're worried and wish there was more I could do to offer you support. Be strong and know that we're walking beside you in our own way. I hope you are available to go with him. You will probably process information more efficiently than BF at the moment. Make a list of questions and concerns. Don't feel pressured into being shuttled out the door. This is a health issue affect you both. Let us know what you learn tomorrow.
We'll reproach self-exploring when the time comes. For now, I imagine that has been put on the back burner, and rightfully so.
We'll be awaiting any new discoveries and treatment plans/options. Hang in there.
