If you do and give him again what for, pfttttt he wins.

          Me repeat...

How is X.st.Angels? I don't know she hasn't said a word since blowing, up... Is she just mad and will forgive me? Should I ring her, darn, I did text twice and she ignored, me, what is she thinking?

Reverse: grrrr, whaaa, ahhhh, grrrrr, grrr....

His version: "Ok she's way peeved, I just have to shut up and listen, then say I was wrong, she still loves me." Ok, game play... um......

Cw is right, babe. Moving on includes closure.
But the thing is, remember what we talked about, you should do what YOU want to do. In fact no one else's opinion matters, except yours. Only YOU can handle things the way YOU want to. So if this is how you want him to feel low, then do it! You just got to find another way for closure...or will the phone call be closure?
Chat soon babe, tell me what you think!

By the way dudette, I know you're not one for reading, but I really do recommend this book for you to read. I'm reading it at the moment, it's called 'Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus'. It's an excellent book between the differences of the sexes. On the front cover it explains "A Practical guide for improving communication and getting what YOU want in your relationships."
I will show it to you next time I see you, or on our chick flick/wii/sewing date

I know how this feels, my boyfriend was still in love with his ex, as i could tell as she always came up in conversation and stuff, Ive been with him for 8 months now, and he was with his ex 4 3 years. You have to understand, but it does get fustrating as you just wish they would erase them from their heads and get on with there life with yourself. What i did was talk to him, about my ex aswell, talk about funny times and bad times and get into detail if he is comfatable why they split up... then get to the big question 'do you still love and want to be with your ex?' when you get the answer dont act emoctional or angry, just talk about it, and say what you think. Like " I understand you miss her, and you loved her very much, but what she did was wrong, i will show you how a relationship should be, i do think we are good together and it would be ashame to let it get into the way of our relationship as well as the one youve just come out of with her , so try and enjoy yourself and we will take 1 day at a time" Good luck.. if it dont improve in a couple of months then i think its best to cool it a day for a bit until he is over her completely and wants to start a new relationship with her. Good luck x

I completely agree with the above statement.
My boyfriend did the same thing. We were kinda together, and then he outright dumped me to get back with the ex. She played the same games and then he called me up realizing how great I am. I knew getting back with him wasn't going to be easy and the fact that he had what he thought he wanted, and broke up with her for me definitely told me where his thoughts were. I did go through a period with him where he talked about her alot, mentioned her frequently. I did what was mentioned above. I let him get it out of his system, I was there for him and I showed (and still show) him what a good relationship is like with a good girl. She has been beggin for him to be back with him and he won't go because he wants to be with me.

Do not let this get you feeling insecure. I know you must love him, and I know it huts but remember that EXes are Exes for a reason. 9 times outta 10 Exes are made up to be way better in our minds then they actually are/were. You're strong, you're smart, you're pretty. Always remember that. If he truely wanted to be with her, then he would be hands down. Don't let the past control your future
