I'm the only person my husband has had sex with. I've had a lot of sex. He doesn't care, in the least, about the number of partners I've had, because it doesn't matter. Shoot, he and I met because I was having sex with his best friend. He didn't ever thing anything less of me because I had sex with people. Quite frankly, if someone is going to be rude to me because of it, I have no need to have them in my life anyways. I never wanted to end up with someone who would be disrespectful to me, so when I got treated like **** (especially when expected to just "put out" because I had had sex with someone else), I could just walk away. Nobody should ever pretend to be something they aren't just to impress people. Why be with someone who doesn't want you for who you are? I have no shame or regret over my history. There is nothing shameful about exploring who you are, and if that includes a sexual being, nobody should ever make you feel like you should be ashamed of yourself for living your life in a way that makes you happy. -
Hi rosekitten, I'm happy to hear abt your marriage.
I agree with what most say here. Reality of today is like that. Instinctively all girls want to be their guy's last. All boys want to be their girls first. But such is unrealistic. Imagine your first love, marrying him/her. Hard to forget/beat? In the past, most marriage is like that. Familial bond is strong. Now we are.evolving into mefrosexuals.for better or worse. I never advocate virginity. But living together, doing it like already married, is not favourable to the womanComment

*buddhaboy: when I said the advice was meant for girls, I didn't mean you can't participate. Just that you were using yourself as an example and its a little irrelevant. Yes its double standard.. Sorry for the emiscommunication. About yourgrandparents, sorry to hear that.
*chandler wish: yes each person has each moral standard. But my advice is not about moralityof individual bur xollective. Its more an observation of its effect on social implication. s many has pointed out that it is false, I dare tobe a contrarian

Not favorable? Based on what standards? Your opinion? How do you figure? In the past you got married, and then lived together, only to find that maybe you weren't actually compatible. But, guess what? Now you're married and divorce isn't cheap. I learned this the hard way with my first husband. Who people are when you are dating is not always the same as who they aren't once you are living together. It's pretty presumptuous to assume that all guys want to be a girls first. In my experience that has been far from the reality of things.Hi rosekitten, I'm happy to hear abt your marriage.

Why do you feel that you are right and dare to disagree and continue to point out you are right? On this subject......
And,
It is SO relevant what buddaboy has to say, I mean after all you are a male, he is a male and he dares to be assertive and provide his thoughts ...
I don't get where a girl can not be who ever she wants to be and should even consider what Society thinks? Let alone, those whom want to judge them?
I mean this is about a person being who the heck they want to be because, it is their life, they live once and therefore should totally be themselves and welcome people into their life that accept them for who they are.
Now, here is the thing you were SO wrong about me and my relationship, where I am at so therefore, could you be wrong with your "Girl advice".. yessum

*rosekitten: My purpose is never to belittle or "restrain" woman as some have suggested. I try to do the opposite. Empowering woman with knowledge of man in general. At the beginning I'm imagining telling my niece or daughter. If such thing is possible in real life. But as it turns out females here is as old as my mother
*chandler's wish: I dare because this is online, otherwise I fear for my safety. .
Anyhow obviously I'm wrong by concensus and I will not continue to disagree
. Yes buddhaboy is relevant, I was thinking that he was imagining taking this "girl advice" which is of course not meant for him. So as closing let me invite buddhaboy to say whether there is even a little grain of truth about what I say. That a man's "ideal" romantic being the first to a girl, and whether it's effect on the guy can be powerful or not. (not the "yay I scored" kind of first, but she's so pure and innocent and my everything kind). If not then maybe I'm a guy not from this time and age, a man lost in dead branch of evolution...

No, sir, there is much truth to what you say. I read all of your posts on this thread and I disagree with very little. There are going to be exceptions, but in general men want the woman they marry to be chaste before and after. I think this is important to women too, but to a lesser extent. So as closing let me invite buddhaboy to say whether there is even a little grain of truth about what I say. You're not going to get much traction here though as people are going to say you're messing with their freedom. We live in a very rights and individual-oriented society. If people have the right to do something and want to do it they are more prone to do it than in places where community and morality are more important."Those sowing seed with tears

... Amazing. Morality depends on who you ask. I don't think it's immoral, in the least, to be secure and happy with who you are. I do think it's immoral to lie, or expect others to lie and hide who they really are to fit some "mold" that people "should" fit- even if it isn't true to who they are. To each their own.Comment

What if who a person is is a thief? Should they be themselves or be law-abiding?
Actions have consequences. It's a law as sure as gravity. You can do a thing, but should you? The answer is based on what the result will be. There's nothing amazing about any of it to me."Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126Comment
