You said you wanted to make a list to remind yourself why you shouldn't return to him. Also make a list of all the things you want to accomplish on your own, for example:
- Get in shape/go to the gym
- Finish your education
- Get a job and become self sufficient
etc
Promise yourself, regardless of what the future holds, you will not go back to him until you accomplish those. Make a list for him also. Do the same. If he truly does want to change and fight for you, he will change and accomplish the list you make for him and also be patient to let you accomplish your goals. If he does not, then you know that it will not work and he has not changed.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin)Comment

I like that Tulip.
The key is to obtain "some" help so that you know your direction and yourself, and from there take it on... Full on, because you will be a strong woman at that point. After all that is how we learn, with a little help from our "friends".
Be strong love, the list he will never ever follow but remember he will pretend that he will, ensure on top of the list is, the two things that you know he would never do or stick to.
Don't ever let a person bring you down to no return.. He hasn't... You can do this.PUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL!Comment
